The office and the warden on the gate are looking at the same day.
What you get
A park of this size runs on the people walking it, so it has to work on a phone.
- Mobile-friendly for wardens and seasonal staff, not just the office.
- Unlimited free logins, with roles so staff never see your takings.
- Guided migration of past and future bookings, with a parallel-running plan.
- Booking engine and payments set up with you, not left to you.
- Job sheets and turnaround checklists with photo proof, on the phone.
- Occupancy and revenue reporting you can actually read.
- A named UK support contact when something needs sorting.
- A personal workflow assessment before you change anything.
Where a park this size loses its hours
Thirty to fifty pitches is the point where the park stops fitting in one person's head, and the software usually has not kept up.
- The office is the bottleneckWardens radio in to ask what is free, because the only screen that knows is on a desk in reception.
- Retraining every springNew seasonal staff, and a system that needs a day of teaching before anyone can be trusted with it.
- Turnaround day run on paperA printed list, a biro, and no way of knowing which pitches are actually ready without walking out to look.
- One shared login for everybodyBecause extra seats cost extra, so the whole team uses the owner's account and sees the whole of the takings.
- Reports you have to rebuild in ExcelThe system holds the numbers but will not show you occupancy against last year without an export and an evening.
- Being quoted for a park twice your sizeAnnual contract, onboarding project, training days. For fifty pitches and a team of four.
Everyone who needs the diary carries it. The park runs from the field, not from the desk.
How it works
Nothing changes on your park until we have looked at how it runs now.
-
1
A workflow review first
We look at how you take bookings now, how your team works and where the admin is going, before anything changes. No obligation at the end of it.
-
2
Guided migration, run in parallel
We move your past and future bookings across, rebuild your rate cards and seasons, and run alongside your current system where it helps, so nothing gets dropped.
-
3
Staff onboarding and support
We get your wardens and seasonal staff comfortable on it, set their roles up, and you get a named contact for when you need one.
Two timelines, and you do not wait on the long one
Being operational and being fully migrated are separate things. Here is how they run alongside each other.
-
Minute 1
Pitches and pitch types in
Hardstandings, grass, seasonal pitches, hook-ups, glamping units. Send us a list and we will do it for you.
-
Minute 7
Rates, seasons and supplements
Peak and shoulder rates, weekend premiums, minimum stays, extra adult, electric, dogs, awnings.
-
Minute 12
Stripe connected, staff invited
Payments live, and your wardens on their own logins with roles. Unlimited seats, no extra cost.
-
Minute 15
Operational
Taking bookings, and the team can see today's arrivals on their phones. That is the short timeline done.
-
Over the following days
Full migration, checked with you
Your history and your season come across in the background. We walk through it on a screen-share before you switch the old system off, on a quiet day you pick.
Do it yourselves, or hand it to us
Both are free. At your size most parks take the guided route, but plenty of owners just get on and do it, and it is built so that works.
-
Do it yourselves
Simple enough that your team needs no training
This is the part that matters most at your size. A system only your office understands is a system that keeps you as the bottleneck. CampSuite uses plain words, does one obvious thing per screen and hides nothing in a submenu, so a warden or a seasonal starter can pick it up in minutes without being taught.
No manual, no jargon, no training day booked into April, and nothing anyone can break by pressing the wrong thing. Roles keep the takings private while everyone else gets on with the diary.
-
Or we do it
Guided, and genuinely done for you
We start with a workflow review, then build your pitches, rebuild your rate cards and seasons so pricing behaves exactly as it does now, migrate your past and future bookings with deposits attached, and set your team up with their own logins and roles.
We walk the whole thing through with you on a screen-share, get your wardens comfortable on it, and your old system stays running alongside until you pick a quiet day to switch. Free at your size.
Either way you get a named UK contact afterwards. If anything needs sorting we are completely on it, and if you would rather we did it, we will.
Or ring 01228 581035, or 07445 684915 for a mobile, and we will talk through your park before you do anything.
Your history comes with you
At your size the booking history is worth as much as the diary. Both come across, and the migration is free.
A park with thirty to fifty pitches has years of useful data in its current system: which pitches fill first, what occupancy looked like last August, which guests come back every year. Losing that in a move is a real cost, so we do not ask you to.
We rebuild your rate cards and seasons so pricing behaves the way it does today, import your bookings and guests, then check the whole thing with you on a screen-share before you commit. If your current system will not export cleanly, we work from reports instead.
- Every future booking, including next season's advance bookings
- Past seasons, so occupancy and revenue history survive the move
- Guests and stay history, so your returners are recognised
- Deposits paid and balances due, on the right booking
- Rate cards, seasons and supplements rebuilt to behave as they do now
- Free at your size, no cutover weekend, and checked before you go live
What it costs
CampSuite is free for up to 100 pitches, so a 31 to 50-pitch park sits inside the free plan with no monthly fee and nothing held back. It is the full product, not a trial. Unlimited staff logins are included, and so is the guided migration.
When a guest books online, there is a flat £1.50 booking fee paid by the guest at the checkout, on its own labelled line, so it never touches your pitch price, your takings or your VAT. Telephone, cash, bank-transfer and gate bookings are never charged. If you would rather no guest saw a fee, cover it yourself at £2 + VAT a pitch a month, capped at £99 + VAT (£118.80 including VAT), and move between the two whenever you like.
Optional add-ons, off unless you want them: channel management for Pitchup, Campsites.co.uk and more at £10 + VAT a month, and your own web address at £5 + VAT a month.
Rolling monthly. No setup fee, no minimum term, no leaving fee, and no card to start.
Built by a real person, not a call centre
"I built this from the passenger seat of a motorhome, parked up on the parks it was designed for."
I am Rob. Years of touring the UK and Europe booking real sites taught me more about how parks run than any spec written in an office would have. What I kept seeing at your size was a good team held back by software designed for a reception desk in 2010, where the diary lived on one PC and everyone else worked from a printout.
My partner and I are out looking for a park of our own. So I am not building this for a market I have researched, I am building the system I intend to run our own park on, with our own wardens using it.
That is why unlimited logins are free and why the whole thing works on a phone first. A park where only the office can see the diary is a park where the owner is the bottleneck, and that is not a software problem you should be paying extra to fix.
Support is not tiered and it is not outsourced. You get a named UK contact, and if something needs sorting we are completely on it, whether that means talking your warden through it on a Saturday or taking the job off you and doing it ourselves. No charge for it, on any plan.
CampSuite improves every month, shaped by conversations with owners rather than a competitor's feature list, and when you ring you are talking to the person who can change it. If you want to talk through your park before you decide anything, ring me on 01228 581035, or on 07445 684915 if a mobile suits you better.

Common questions
Do we set it up, or do you?
Either, and both are free. Most parks your size take the guided route, where we run a workflow review, build your pitches, rebuild your rate cards and seasons, migrate your bookings and set your team up with logins and roles. But it is simple enough to do yourselves in about 15 minutes if you would rather crack on, and you can hand the migration to us afterwards.
Is there a training day for our staff?
None needed, which is the point. A system only the office understands keeps the owner as the bottleneck. CampSuite uses plain words, does one obvious thing per screen and hides nothing in a submenu, so a warden or a seasonal starter picks it up in minutes on their own phone. There is nothing in it they will not understand and nothing they can break by pressing the wrong thing, and roles keep your takings private while they get on with the diary. We will still run your team through it as part of a guided setup if you want us to.
What level of support do we get?
A named UK contact, and the kind of support where we are completely on it. Ring, email or use live chat and you get a real person, not a tier-one queue. If something needs sorting we sort it, including talking a warden through it directly, and if you would rather hand a job over than work it out, we will just do it. No charge, on any plan.
How quickly can we be operational?
You can be set up and taking bookings in about 15 minutes. For a park your size we would normally start with a workflow review, then run a guided migration over a few days in the background while you carry on as you are.
Do you migrate our booking history, not just future bookings?
Yes. Future bookings come across so your diary is complete, and past seasons come with them so your occupancy and revenue history, your guest list and your returning guests' stay records all survive the move. Deposits paid and balances due are attached to the right booking, and we check the lot with you on a screen-share before you go live.
Will our seasonal staff be able to use it?
That is the point of it being mobile-first. Wardens work from their own phone in any browser with nothing to install, and roles mean staff can see the diary and today's arrivals without seeing your takings. Logins are unlimited and free, so you are not rationing them or sharing one password.
Do we have to do a cutover weekend?
No. We run CampSuite alongside your current system for as long as it helps, so you can switch on a quiet day of your choosing rather than gambling a busy weekend. Many parks move mid-season this way.
What does it cost for a 31 to 50-pitch park?
No monthly fee. CampSuite is free for up to 100 pitches, so a park your size sits inside the free plan with nothing held back. Guests pay a flat £1.50 fee on online bookings only, or you cover it yourself at £2 + VAT a pitch a month, capped at £99 + VAT, and your guests then see no fee at all. The pricing page has the full detail.
Is the migration chargeable at our size?
No. Guided migration is free for touring parks up to around 60 pitches, which covers a 31 to 50-pitch park. Only genuinely large or complex multi-park operations get a fixed quote, and that is agreed up front before anything starts.
Do we get a named contact?
Yes. You get a named UK contact rather than a ticket queue, and you can ring Rob Heeley, who built CampSuite, on 01228 581035, or on 07445 684915 if a mobile suits you better.
What happens if we want to leave?
Export your bookings and full guest list to a spreadsheet in one click, any time. It is rolling monthly with no minimum term and no leaving fee. Your data is yours.
