Your CL, off the notebook and onto your phone in 15 minutes
A booking diary made for five-pitch Certificated Locations. Keep taking bookings by phone, email, cash or bank transfer exactly as you do now, and see all five pitches from the field. Set it up yourself in about 15 minutes, or tell us your pitch names and we will do the whole thing for you. Free for a CL, with no card and no contract.
Join a growing number of UK sites running on CampSuite®. Free for up to 100 pitches, so a CL never pays a penny. No card needed, and we import your existing bookings for you.

The diary on a phone, in the field or at the gate.
Sound familiar?
Every CL owner we speak to recognises at least two of these. They are the reason CampSuite exists.
- Two vans, one pitch, August bank holidayThe diary says pitch three twice and somebody is about to arrive to bad news.
- The phone rings while you are on the tractorBy the time you have washed your hands and found the notebook, the booking has gone elsewhere.
- You cannot remember who paid a depositWas it the couple from Leeds, or the one who rang on Tuesday? The notebook does not say.
- Enquiries land at ten at nightPeople plan their trips after work. You are asleep, and the ones who wanted next weekend book elsewhere.
- The diary got rained onOne shower in the yard and a whole season of pencil is a smudge. There is no second copy.
- You have no idea who is due todayNot without sitting down with the book and working it out, which is not what you want at nine in the morning.
All six go away the moment your five pitches are in a diary that lives in your pocket, checks itself for clashes and remembers every deposit.
Up and running in about 15 minutes
Not a project, not a training course, not a sales process. This is you doing it yourself, and it really is this short. If you would rather not, skip to the next bit and we will do all of it for you instead.
-
Minute 1
Name your site and your pitches
Paddock, Orchard, Top Corner, whatever you actually call them. Type them in as you say them out loud.
-
Minute 4
Your five pitches are in
That is the diary built. No settings to hunt for, no jargon, and nothing you have to decide twice.
-
Minute 8
Your prices and your rules go on
Nightly rate, awning charge, dogs, minimum stay over a bank holiday. Set it once and it applies itself.
-
Minute 12
Your existing bookings come across
Send a photo of the notebook page or a spreadsheet and we import what you already have, so nothing is lost.
-
Minute 15
You take a booking on it
Add the next one that comes in by phone and you are running. Online booking is there when, and if, you want it.
Do it yourself, or hand it to us
Both routes cost the same, which is nothing. Pick whichever suits how you like to work, and change your mind at any point.
-
Do it yourself
Because it is genuinely that simple
CampSuite was built for people who run campsites, not for people who enjoy software. There is no jargon, no setup wizard with forty steps and no manual to read. Every screen asks you plain questions about your own site, in the words you would use yourself.
Nothing is hidden behind a menu you have to go looking for, and nothing can be broken by pressing the wrong thing. If you can send a text message or fill in a form, you can do the whole of this in a quarter of an hour.
-
Or we do it
Say the word and it is off your plate
Tell us your site name and what you call your five pitches, and we will build the lot: pitches, prices, awning and dog charges, minimum stays, and your existing bookings imported. You get an account that is ready to use.
We are happy to do it on the phone with you, on a screen-share, or entirely on our own while you get on with the day. There is no charge for any of it, and no obligation once you have seen it.
Whichever you choose, you are not on your own afterwards. Ring, email or use live chat and you get a person who will sort it, or just do it for you.
Your bookings come with you, past ones included
The commonest reason owners put this off is the thought of typing a season's bookings in by hand. You do not have to. We do it for you, free.
- Every booking still to come. Next weekend, the Easter regulars, the fortnight somebody booked last autumn for next July. All in your diary before you start.
- And the bookings already behind you. Your past seasons come across too, so you keep your history instead of starting from nothing.
- Which means your regulars are already there. When the same couple ring in March, they are in your guest list with their van details and every stay they have had with you.
- Deposits and balances land in the right place. What has been paid and what is still owed comes across with each booking, so your money is straight from day one.
- Send it however it exists. A spreadsheet, an export from another system, a printout, or a photo of the notebook page on the kitchen table. We work from what you have.
- No charge for any of it. Importing your bookings is part of getting you going, not an extra on a quote.
What it costs, plainly
CampSuite is free for up to 100 pitches. A CL is allowed five, so you are twenty times inside the free plan and you will never pay us a monthly fee. It is the full product, not a trial, and it does not run out.
The only money that ever changes hands is a flat £1.50 booking fee, and only when a guest books online. The guest pays it at the checkout, on its own line, so it never touches your pitch price or your takings. Bookings you take by phone, email, cash, bank transfer or at the gate are never charged, ever. If you would rather your guests never saw a fee at all, you can cover it yourself for £2 + VAT a pitch a month, and switch back whenever you like.
No card to start. No contract. Nothing to pay while you are closed for the winter.
You will be dealing with me, not a call centre
"I built this in the passenger seat of my motorhome, parked up on sites like yours."
I have spent years motorhoming around the UK, and I kept meeting CL owners who were wonderful at looking after guests and buried in booking admin. They would show me the notebook, the whiteboard, the spreadsheet that had got out of hand, and tell me about the double booking that still made them wince.
There is a personal reason too. My partner and I are out looking for a site of our own. So I am not building this for a market I have read about, I am building the thing I will want running our own pitches from day one.
That is also why a CL pays nothing. The owners who need a hand most are the ones least able to justify a monthly bill, and a five-pitch site should not be paying software prices designed for a 200-pitch holiday park.
Support is not a department here, it is us. If you get stuck, or you would rather somebody else just did the fiddly bit, ring and we will sort it there and then, or take it off you and set it up ourselves. There is no ticket number, no queue and no charge for helping you, whichever plan you are on.
If you want a hand setting up, or you just want to ask something first, ring me on 01228 581035, or 07445 684915 if a mobile suits you better. Both come straight to us, so you get me or one of our small UK team, and you can ask the daft questions without feeling daft.

How it works, once you are on it
Three steps, and the first one is ours.
-
1
We set it up for you
Tell us your site name and pitch names. We put your five pitches in the diary and import the bookings you already have, so you are not staring at an empty screen.
-
2
Carry on as you are
Take bookings by phone, email, cash or bank transfer and note them straight into the diary from your phone. No guest ever has to book online, and those bookings are never charged a fee.
-
3
Turn on online booking when it suits
When you are ready, switch on a booking page and put the link on your Caravan and Motorhome Club listing. It catches the enquiries that come in at ten at night, and it never replaces the way you already work.
Common questions
Can I set it up myself, or do you have to do it?
Either, and both cost nothing. Setting it up yourself takes about 15 minutes because it is deliberately simple, or you can tell us your site name and pitch names and we will build the lot for you, import your existing bookings and hand you an account that is ready to use. You can also start yourself and hand it over part way through if you would rather not finish it.
How long does it really take to get going?
About 15 minutes. Your five pitches, your prices and your first bookings are in and working before the kettle has gone cold. Most CL owners are taking bookings on it the same afternoon. If you would rather we did it with you, ring 01228 581035, or 07445 684915 for a mobile, and we will go through it together.
Can you bring my existing bookings across, including old ones?
Yes, and that includes the ones already in the past. Send us photos of your notebook pages, a spreadsheet or a printout, and we import your future bookings and your booking history for you, free. Your diary is complete from the first day, and last season's guests are already in your guest list with their stay history.
Can I keep taking bookings by phone?
Yes. Nothing changes about how you take bookings. CampSuite is a diary that sits alongside your phone, email, cash and bank-transfer bookings, so you carry on exactly as you do now. Phone and gate bookings are never charged a fee.
Can I still take cash?
Yes. Record cash, bank-transfer and card payments against any booking, and see at a glance what deposit or balance is still owed.
Is it really free for a CL?
Yes. CampSuite is free for up to 100 pitches, which is twenty times what a Certificated Location is allowed, so a five-pitch CL pays nothing at all. It is the full product, not a trial, with no card needed and no time limit. See the full pricing if you want it spelled out.
I am not very good with computers. Is that a problem?
No, and this is the thing we have worked hardest on. CampSuite is designed for campsite owners rather than for people who like software: plain words, no jargon, no manual, and nothing hidden in a menu you have to go hunting for. There is nothing in it you will not understand, and nothing you can break by pressing the wrong thing. If you can send a text message or fill in a form, you can run your CL on it.
And if you would still rather not, you do not have to. Tell us your pitch names and we will build the whole thing for you, free. Nothing to install either, on any device.
What if I get stuck, or want you to just do it for me?
Then we are completely on it. Ring, email or use live chat and you get a real person in the UK who will either talk you through it or take it off you and do it themselves, including the whole setup if that is what you want. There is no ticket queue, no support tier and no charge for it, on any plan. We would rather spend ten minutes doing it for you than have you give up on it.
Who will I speak to if I ring?
Rob Heeley, who built CampSuite, or one of the small UK team. Not a call centre, not a ticket queue and not a chatbot. The number is 01228 581035, or 07445 684915 if a mobile suits you better.
What happens if I stop using it?
You can export your bookings and guest list to a spreadsheet and leave at any time. There is no contract, and no card is needed to start. Your data is yours.
Have a look at your own five pitches first
Join a growing number of UK sites who have already moved off the notebook.
Set it up yourself in about 15 minutes, or tell us your pitch names and we will build the lot and import what you already have. Either way you can look at your own site working in the diary before you decide anything, it is free for a CL, and there is no card and no contract to get started.
