We set it up for you
Tell us your site name and pitch names. We put your five pitches in the diary, ready to use, so you are not staring at an empty screen.

Take bookings by phone, email, cash or bank transfer and note them straight into the diary. No guest ever has to book online.

Turn on online booking when it suits
When you want to, switch on a booking page alongside your club listing. It never replaces the way you already work.
How CampSuite is funded
No subscription for a five-pitch CS, and nothing at all if you stay on the phone.
CampSuite is free to run for a small site. When a guest books online, there is a £1.50 booking fee. The guest pays it at the checkout, or you can choose to cover it yourself. Telephone, cash and bank-transfer bookings are always free, so if you never turn on online booking, there is nothing to pay.

Can I keep taking bookings by phone?
Yes. Nothing changes about how you take bookings. CampSuite is a diary that sits alongside your phone, email, cash and bank-transfer bookings, so you carry on exactly as you do now.
Can I still take cash?
Yes. Record cash, bank-transfer and card payments against any booking, and see at a glance what deposit or balance is still owed.
Who sets it up?
We do. Tell us your pitch names and we build your diary for you, so you can see your own site working before you decide anything.
What happens if I stop using it?
You can export your bookings and leave at any time. There is no contract, and no card is needed to start.
