Your five units and the tent field, on one screen
A booking diary sized for a Camping and Caravanning Club Certificated Site. Keep taking bookings by phone, email, cash or bank transfer, and check availability from the paddock. Set it up yourself in about 15 minutes, or send us your pitch names and we will build the whole thing for you. Free for a CS, either way.
Join a growing number of UK sites running on CampSuite®. Free for up to 100 pitches, so your five units and the tents cost nothing. No card needed, and your existing bookings imported free.

Five pitches, checked and booked from your pocket.
What you get
A diary sized for a five-unit CS, and nothing you have to stop doing first.
- Built for five-pitch Certificated Sites, not scaled down from big-park software.
- Your five units and your tent pitches set up separately, with their own prices and rules.
- Keep taking telephone and cash bookings exactly as you do now.
- Check availability and add a booking from your phone, anywhere on the site.
- Deposits and balances tracked, so you always know who still owes what.
- We set your pitches up and import your bookings for you. No card, and no contract.
- Close your dates for winter and reopen in spring, with nothing to pay in between.
- Add an online booking page later, alongside your CS listing, or never. It is your choice.
The bits that catch a CS out
A Certificated Site is small, but the admin is not proportionally small. These are what owners tell us actually costs them.
- Vans and tents in the same book, in your headFive units is the limit, tents are extra, and keeping the two straight in pencil is where the clashes come from.
- Deposits you cannot reconcile in MarchMoney came in over winter, and matching it back to who is arriving at Easter takes an evening you would rather not spend.
- The same conversation, forty times a seasonAre you free that weekend, how much, can we bring the dog. All of it answerable by a booking page while you get on.
- Being tied to the house to answer the phoneA CS is often a field behind a working farm. The booking diary should not be the thing that keeps you indoors.
- Software quotes aimed at holiday parksYou ask about a booking system for five units and get a price built for a park with two hundred statics and a reception desk.
A CS should not need dear, complicated software. It needs a tidy diary in your pocket, and it should cost you nothing.
How it works
Three steps, and the first one is ours.
-
1
We set it up for you
Tell us your site name, your unit names and your tent pitches. We build your diary and import the bookings you already have, so you are not staring at an empty screen.
-
2
Carry on as you are
Take bookings by phone, email, cash or bank transfer and note them straight into the diary from wherever you are. No guest ever has to book online.
-
3
Turn on online booking when it suits
When you want to, switch on a booking page and add the link to your Camping and Caravanning Club listing. It never replaces the way you already work.
Fifteen minutes, start to first booking
There is no onboarding project here, and no training day. This is the whole timeline.
-
Minute 1
Send us your unit and pitch names
Whatever you call them on the ground. The Paddock, Bottom Field, Van 1 to Van 5.
-
Minute 5
Your CS appears, already built
Five units and your tent pitches, set up separately with their own prices, ready to book into.
-
Minute 9
Your season goes on
Opening and closing dates, minimum stays for bank holidays, dogs, awnings. Once, not every booking.
-
Minute 13
We import what you have already taken
Future bookings and past seasons both, so your diary and your guest history arrive intact.
-
Minute 15
You are running
Take the next phone booking straight into it. Nothing else to do, and nothing to pay.
Do it yourself, or hand it to us
Two ways in, both free. There is no version of this where you are left to work it out on your own.
-
Do it yourself
Simple on purpose, not by accident
The whole thing is built for people who run a field behind a farm, not for people who enjoy software. It asks you plain questions in the words you would use yourself: what are your pitches called, what do you charge, are dogs allowed. No jargon, no manual, no wizard with forty steps.
You cannot break it by pressing the wrong thing, and there is nothing tucked away in a menu you would never think to open. Fifteen minutes and a cup of tea is genuinely all it takes.
-
Or we do it
Hand it over and it is done
Send us your unit names and your tent pitches and we will build the lot: prices, seasons, dogs, awnings, opening and closing dates, and your existing bookings imported. You get an account that already works, with your own site in it.
On the phone, on a screen-share, or entirely without you while you get on with the animals. It costs nothing and commits you to nothing once you have seen it.
And afterwards, if anything at all needs sorting, we are completely on it. Ring, email or live chat, and we will fix it or do it for you.
Or book a 15-minute demo and we will show you round first.
Bring your bookings with you
You should not have to type a season in by hand to change diary. Send us what you have and we do it for you, free.
This is the thing that stops most CS owners moving, and it is the easiest bit to solve. Whatever your bookings live in now, we can work from it.
- Bookings still to come, from next weekend to the fortnight somebody booked last autumn.
- Past seasons too, so you keep your history rather than starting at zero.
- Your regulars, already in. Names, contact details and every stay they have had with you.
- Deposits paid and balances due, attached to the right booking.
- From a spreadsheet, an export, or a photo of the diary. We are not fussy.
- Free. It is part of getting you going, not a line on a quote.
What a CS actually pays
Nothing. Here is the whole of it, without the small print.
CampSuite is free for up to 100 pitches. A CS is certificated for five units, so even with the tent field you are a long way inside the free plan and there is no monthly fee to pay, ever. It is the full product, not a trial.
When a guest books online, there is a flat £1.50 booking fee that the guest pays at the checkout, on its own clearly labelled line. It never touches your pitch price. Telephone, cash, bank-transfer and gate bookings are always free, so if you never turn online booking on, there is nothing to pay at all. Would rather guests saw no fee? Cover it yourself for £2 + VAT a unit a month, and change your mind whenever you like.
No card to start, no contract, and nothing to pay over winter.
Built by a real person, not a call centre
"I wrote the first version of this parked up on a site, after another owner showed me their booking notebook."
I am Rob. I have spent years touring the UK in a motorhome, and the pattern was always the same: brilliant owners, warm welcomes, and a booking system held together with a pencil and a good memory. The people who made me feel most at home had the worst tools.
My partner and I are looking for a site of our own, so this is not a market study for me. It is the software I intend to run our own pitches on, which is a decent guarantee that it will keep getting better.
It is free for a CS because it should be. A five-unit site behind a working farm has no business paying a monthly fee to stop double bookings, and the owners who would benefit most are exactly the ones who cannot justify the cost.
Support here is not a department, it is the same few people who built it. If something needs sorting we are completely on it, and if you would rather we just did the job ourselves then we will, at no charge and on any plan. No ticket numbers, no queue, and nobody reading you a script.
If you would like a hand, or you just want to ask whether it will suit your site, ring me on 01228 581035, or 07445 684915 if a mobile suits you better. You will get me or someone on our small UK team who knows what a CS is without having to look it up.

Common questions
Do I set it up, or do you?
Whichever you prefer, and both are free. Doing it yourself takes about 15 minutes because it has been deliberately built to be that simple, or you can send us your unit names and tent pitches and we will build the whole thing, import your bookings and hand it over ready to use. You can also start it yourself and pass it to us half way through.
I am not confident with technology. Will I cope?
Yes, and this is the part we have put the most work into. It is designed for people who run small sites, not for people who like software. Plain English, no jargon, no manual to read, and nothing buried in a menu you would never think to open. There is nothing in it you will not understand, and nothing you can break by pressing the wrong thing.
Nothing to install either, on a phone, tablet or computer. And if you would still rather not do it, we will.
What if I need help, or want you to do it for me?
Then we are completely on it. Ring, email or use live chat and you get a real person in the UK who will either walk you through it or take the job off you and do it themselves, setup included. No ticket queue, no support tiers, and no charge on any plan. We would far rather do it for you than have you give up on it.
How quickly can I be using it?
About 15 minutes from starting to taking a booking on it. We put your units and your tent pitches in for you first, so the fiddly part is already done when you sit down. Ring 01228 581035, or 07445 684915 for a mobile, if you would rather do it together.
Will you move my existing bookings over?
Yes, both the bookings still to come and the ones already gone. Send a spreadsheet, an export from another system or a photo of your diary, and we import your future bookings and your past seasons for you, free. Your history and your regulars come with you, and deposits already paid land against the right booking.
Can it handle my five units and the tent field together?
Yes. Set up your five caravan or motorhome units and your tent pitches separately, with their own prices and their own rules, and see the lot on one screen. The tent field does not take you outside the free plan, which runs to 100 pitches.
Can I keep taking bookings by phone?
Yes. Nothing changes about how you take bookings. CampSuite sits alongside your phone, email, cash and bank-transfer bookings, so you carry on exactly as you do now, and those bookings are never charged a fee.
Is it free for a Certificated Site?
Yes. CampSuite is free for up to 100 pitches, so a five-unit CS with a tent field is nowhere near the limit and pays nothing. It is the full product, not a trial, with no card needed. The pricing page has the detail.
What happens over winter when I am shut?
Nothing to worry about. Close your dates so nobody can book, and open them again in spring. It stays free while you are closed, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing to pay, and any advance bookings for next season keep coming in.
Who answers the phone?
Rob Heeley, who built CampSuite, or one of the small UK team. Ring 01228 581035, or 07445 684915 if a mobile suits you better, and you get a person who knows what a CS is.
What happens if I stop using it?
You can export your bookings and guest list to a spreadsheet and leave at any time. There is no contract, and no card is needed to start.
