Built for the way Northern Ireland sites work
Setting up a campsite in Northern Ireland is a little different from the rest of the UK. Northern Ireland does not use the GB caravan-site licensing system. Instead, you will usually need planning permission from your local council under the Planning Act (Northern Ireland) 2011, and tourist accommodation, including campsites and caravan parks, generally has to be certified by Tourism NI. It is always worth checking the current requirements with your council and Tourism NI before you open the gate.
The Caravan and Motorhome Club's Certificated Location and the Camping and Caravanning Club's Certificated Site schemes also operate in Northern Ireland, so a landowner can run a small five-pitch site the same way owners do across Great Britain. Whatever route you take, CampSuite™ keeps the bookings, payments and guest messages tidy.
