Booking software for large parks and multi-park groups

60+ pitches across touring, seasonal, glamping and statics, or several parks under one owner. One diary, team logins with roles, and clear numbers across the group.

Running a big park doesn't mean you need big, complicated software.

Once a park gets past 60 pitches, the paper diary and the spreadsheet stop keeping up. You are juggling touring and seasonal pitches, glamping pods and static caravans, phone bookings and online bookings, and maybe a second or third park down the road. CampSuite™ is large campsite management software that puts all of it in one place, so you spend less time chasing bookings and more time running the site.

It works as holiday park booking software and as a multi-park booking system. Every pitch type, every unit and every park share one diary. Touring and seasonal pitches, glamping and static caravans all follow their own pricing and rules, and a booking on any channel blocks the pitch straight away, so you are not turning guests away because two systems disagreed.

Whether you run one big park or several under one owner, it is proper caravan park management software that scales without an enterprise price tag. It is free for up to 100 units, and above that, or across several parks, we build you a tailored larger-park plan with hands-on setup and a dedicated contact. Have a look at the holiday park software overview, or read on to see how it fits a bigger operation.

One diary across every park

Run more than one park from a single login. Each park keeps its own diary, pitches and booking page, and you switch between them or see them side by side, so nothing falls between two systems.

See the booking diary →

Reports and takings across the group

Occupancy, revenue and booking trends for each park on its own or the whole group together. See the numbers that matter without digging through spreadsheets, and export to PDF for the accountant.

See reports & insights →

Your rules, enforced automatically

Minimum stays, turnaround days, seasonal blocks and different rules per pitch type. Set them once and CampSuite™ holds the line, so a warden taking a booking can't break them by accident.

Why bigger parks switch

The trouble with running a big park on old software

Most systems were built for one small site. Add pitch types, statics, a team and a second park and the cracks start to show. These are the things owners tell us pushed them to move.

The diary lives in five places

A paper book on reception, a spreadsheet for statics, a separate calendar for glamping. Nobody is ever sure which one is right, and something always slips through.

Double bookings across channels

Pitchup, Campsites.co.uk and your own website each hold their own availability, so two guests turn up for the same pitch on a bank holiday Friday.

Statics don't fit a touring tool

Software built for tourers can't handle a seasonal pitch booked for the year, a lodge let by the week or a static owner's account, so those go back on paper.

The whole team sees the takings

Give a warden a login and they can see the money, the reports and the settings. There is no safe way to let reception take a booking without handing over the keys.

No clear numbers for owners

When an owner asks how the park did last month, you are adding up spreadsheets by hand, and comparing two parks is a whole evening's work.

You outgrow it and start again

The tool that got you to 40 pitches can't cope at 120, or across two parks, so every couple of years you are ripping it out and learning something new.

Everything in one place

What a large park needs, in one system

The tools that matter when you are running 60, 100 or several hundred pitches across more than one park.

One diary, every pitch type

Touring, seasonal, glamping and statics all in the same booking diary, each with its own pricing and rules. Drag through the season and see the whole park on one screen.

Statics, glamping and touring

Run static caravan and touring park bookings side by side. Pods, lodges and static caravans work as units with capacity, photos and per-night or seasonal pricing.

Team logins with roles

Add as many logins as you need. A warden sees the diary and today's arrivals, not the takings or the settings. Owners and managers see everything.

Reports across the group

Revenue, occupancy and booking trends per park or combined. Export to PDF for the accountant or the owners, and see which sites and pitch types earn their keep.

Payments and deposits

Take a deposit or the full balance by card when guests book, through Stripe, straight to your account. No chasing balances on arrival day. See payments →

Channel management

Keep Pitchup and Campsites.co.uk in sync with your diary so a booking on any channel blocks the pitch straight away. See the channel manager →

A proper booking website

A bookable website with live availability, or add booking to your own site with the free WordPress plugin. Guests book and pay, and it lands in your diary. See the website builder →

Several parks, one login

Switch between parks or see them together. Each park keeps its own diary, pitches and booking page, so a group runs from one tidy account.

Jobs and housekeeping

Turnaround lists, grass cutting, maintenance and cleaning as job sheets for the team, with photo proof, so nothing gets missed on a busy changeover day. See tasks →

Bring your bookings across

Already taking bookings? Upload a spreadsheet and we import your existing bookings and guests for you, so you start with a full diary, not a blank one.

Built by people who camp

Founder-led, and run in the UK

CampSuite™ is founder-led. It started when Rob Heeley kept hitting the same booking problems from his own motorhome, and built the tool he wished existed. It is built and run in the UK by people who camp, with real human support on the end of the phone, not a ticket queue. It is free for up to 100 units, the full product, so there is no reason not to try it on your own park first. When you are ready for a bigger setup, talk to us about a larger-park plan.

Running a multi-park group

1

Every park from one place

Manage each park from a single login, switch between them, or see them together. Several parks under one owner run on a tailored plan built around your sites.

2

Roles for every job

A warden at one park sees only that park's diary. An area manager sees several. Owners see the lot, including the takings. Everyone sees what they should, nothing more.

3

Numbers per park or combined

Compare parks side by side or add them up as a group, so you can see which sites and which pitch types are pulling their weight this season.

4

A tailored larger-park plan

Above 100 units, or across several parks, we build a plan around your group with hands-on setup and a dedicated contact. Book a consultation to talk it through.

Plans that scale with your park

CampSuite™ is free for up to 100 units, the full product, with reports across the group, custom rules, team logins and multi-park management. Every pitch, lodge or glamping unit counts the same. Guests pay a small £1.50 fee on online bookings, or cover it yourself with Put it on me at £2 + VAT a unit a month, capped at £99 + VAT. Above 100 units, or across several parks, we tailor a larger-park plan with hands-on setup and a dedicated contact, just get in touch. Optional add-ons include channel management at £10 + VAT a month and your own web address at £5 + VAT a month. No contracts, cancel any time.

Frequently asked questions

Can it run several parks?

Yes. You can run more than one park from a single CampSuite™ account. Each park keeps its own diary, pitches and booking page, and you switch between them from one login or see them side by side. A group of several parks runs on a tailored larger-park plan built around your sites.

Can I give my team logins with different roles?

Yes. You can add as many team logins as you need and set what each person sees. A warden or reception can work the booking diary, check guests in and add jobs, without seeing takings, reports or account settings. Owners and managers get the full picture across every park.

Can I run statics, glamping and touring pitches together?

Yes. Touring pitches, seasonal pitches, glamping pods and static caravans all sit in the same diary. Each pitch type and unit has its own pricing, minimum stays, turnaround days and availability, so you run the whole park in one place instead of a spreadsheet for each. See how the accommodation features handle pods, lodges and statics.

What happens above 100 units?

CampSuite™ is free for up to 100 units, the full product. Above 100 units, or across several parks, it becomes a tailored larger-park plan. Get in touch or book a consultation and we build a plan around your group, with hands-on setup and a dedicated contact who knows your sites.

Can I bring my existing bookings across?

Yes. If you are already taking bookings, upload a spreadsheet and we import your existing bookings and guests for you, so you are not starting from a blank diary. On a larger-park plan we handle the migration with you. Here is more on switching to CampSuite.

Can I connect channels like Pitchup and Campsites.co.uk?

Yes. The optional channel manager keeps Pitchup and Campsites.co.uk in sync with your diary, so a booking on either channel blocks the pitch straight away and you avoid double bookings. Channel management is £10 + VAT a month on any plan.

How do reports and takings work across the group?

You get revenue, bookings and occupancy reports for each park on its own or for the whole group together. Export to PDF for your accountant or owners, and compare parks and pitch types so you can see which sites and which pitches earn their keep.

Do guests get a proper booking website?

Yes. You get a bookable website with live availability, or you can add booking to your own site with the free WordPress plugin. Guests check availability and pay by card, and the booking drops straight into your diary. Your own web address is an optional £5 + VAT a month.

Do you support a bigger operation?

Yes. We help every customer get set up, and larger parks and groups on a tailored plan get hands-on setup, migration help and a dedicated contact for ongoing questions. It is real human support from people who camp, not a ticket queue.
