CampSuite™ is operated by WorkBee Limited, a company registered in England. When we say "CampSuite™", "we", "us" or "our" in this policy, we mean WorkBee Limited.
We are the data controller for personal data collected through our website at www.campsuite.net and the CampSuite™ application at app.campsuite.net.

2. What data we collect
We collect and process the following categories of personal data:
Account information
When you create a CampSuite™ account, we collect your name, email address, site name, site address and phone number (if provided). This information is necessary to set up and manage your account.
Booking and guest data
When you or your guests make bookings through CampSuite™, we process guest names, email addresses, phone numbers, vehicle registration numbers, booking dates, pitch allocations and any notes you add to a booking. As a campsite owner using CampSuite™, you are the data controller for your guest data, and we process it on your behalf as a data processor.
Payment information
We do not store credit card numbers or bank details directly. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We receive and store transaction references, amounts and payment status to maintain booking records.
Usage data
We collect anonymous usage analytics to understand how people use CampSuite™ and to improve the product. This includes pages visited, features used, browser type, device type and general geographic location (country level). We do not use this data to identify individual users.
Communications
When you contact us by email or through our contact form, we retain the contents of your messages, your email address and our responses so we can provide support and maintain a record of correspondence.

4. How we store your data
Your data is stored on encrypted servers located in the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area (EEA). We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest to protect your data. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis.
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.
5. Who we share your data with
We share personal data only with the following third parties, and only to the extent necessary to provide our service:
- Stripe: Our payment processor. When you or your guests make payments, Stripe processes the transaction. Stripe acts as an independent data controller for payment data. You can read Stripe's privacy policy.
- Email service provider: We use a third-party email service to send booking confirmations, notifications and support communications. This provider processes email addresses and message content on our behalf as a data processor.
- Hosting provider: Our servers are provided by a third-party hosting company that stores data on our behalf as a data processor, with servers located in the UK and EEA.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to any third party. We do not share your data with advertisers. We do not use your data for profiling or automated decision-making.
6. Your rights
Under the UK GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of access: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification: You can ask us to correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Right to erasure: You can ask us to delete your personal data. We will comply unless we have a legal obligation to retain it.
- Right to data portability: You can request your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
- Right to object: You can object to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Right to restrict processing: You can ask us to restrict how we use your data in certain circumstances.

8. Data retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your CampSuite™ account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, unless we are required by law to retain it for longer (for example, financial transaction records which we may need to retain for up to 7 years for tax and accounting purposes).
If you request deletion of your data, we will action this promptly and confirm once complete.
9. International transfers
Your data is primarily stored on servers in the United Kingdom and the EEA. In the event that any data is transferred outside the UK or EEA (for example, by a sub-processor), we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, such as standard contractual clauses approved by the Information Commissioner's Office.
10. Children
CampSuite™ is not designed for or directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 16, we will take steps to delete that data promptly.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice in the CampSuite™ application. The "last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was most recently revised.
