Can guests book glamping online and pay a deposit?
Yes. Add a booking page to your own website so guests can check live availability, book a pod or cabin and pay a deposit or the full balance by card. Payments run through Stripe, so the money settles straight to your account.
Is the glamping booking software free?
It is free on the Express plan for small sites with up to 5 pitches or spaces and 2 rental accommodations. For more units or zero guest booking fees, the Small Park plan is £29/month for up to 20 pitches and spaces plus 5 rental accommodations — ideal for glamping sites and hot tubs. Does it stop double bookings across glamping units?
Yes. When a unit is booked for a set of dates, those dates are blocked automatically so the same pod or cabin can never be double booked, whether the booking comes in by phone or online.
Can I send automatic check-in and welcome messages?
