Yes. The Express plan is free forever for sites with 1 park and up to 5 pitches or spaces, plus 2 rental accommodations, no credit card, no time limit. Guests pay a small £1.50 fee on online bookings; upgrade to CL / CS Pro at £10/month for zero booking fees and channel management.
On the free Express plan, guests pay a £1.50 fee per online booking. On every paid plan there are no guest booking fees at all. You never pay a fee for bookings taken by phone or in person.
Yes. You can change your plan at any time. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
No. All paid plans are monthly and you can cancel at any time. There are no contracts or minimum terms.
Stripe charges its own processing fees (currently 1.5% + 20p per transaction in the UK). These are standard Stripe fees and are separate from CampSuite™ pricing.
