Holiday park management software for growing parks
Run pitches, accommodation, payments and guest messages from one tidy system. Holiday park booking software built for small and growing UK parks — and the groups they become.
A holiday park is more than a field of pitches. You need one place to manage touring, seasonal, glamping and accommodation — without a spreadsheet for each.
One system for pitches and accommodation
Touring pitches, seasonal pitches, glamping pods, lodges and static caravans all live in the same booking diary. Each has its own pricing, rules and availability, so nothing falls between two systems.
See accommodation features →See your numbers clearly
Revenue, bookings and occupancy reports show how the park is really doing. Export to PDF for your accountant or owners, and compare pitch types so you know what earns its keep.
See reports & insights →Take payments and deposits
Let guests pay a deposit or full balance by card when they book. Payments run through Stripe and settle straight to your account, with no chasing balances on arrival day.
See payments →The whole park, on one clear dashboard
See today's arrivals and departures, this week's occupancy and the money coming in, all on one screen. Pitches down one side, accommodation alongside — on your phone, from anywhere on the park.

Arrivals, occupancy and takings at a glance, updated as bookings come in.
Everything a holiday park has to manage
Touring & seasonal pitches
Grass and hardstanding pitches with hook-ups, plus seasonal pitches booked for the whole season. The booking diary assigns pitches and blocks double bookings automatically.
Glamping, lodges & statics
Glamping pods, lodges and static caravans run as accommodation units, each with capacity, amenities, photos and per-night pricing — alongside your pitches, not in a separate tool.
Online bookings & channels
Take direct bookings on your own website, and connect a channel manager for Pitchup, Campsites.co.uk and Airbnb so listings stay in sync.
Guest communications
Booking confirmations, pre-arrival information, reminders and post-stay messages send themselves, so every guest gets the same polished welcome without extra admin.
Built to grow with your park
Plenty of parks start out simple and outgrow their first booking system fast. As you add accommodation, open a second park or move from paper to proper reporting, you need software that grows with you rather than one you have to replace every two years.
CampSuite™ scales from a small park up to a busy 150-pitch park with glamping and statics, without the enterprise price tag. As you add parks and pitch types, the same tidy diary, payments and reporting come with you.

Two or three parks
The Growing Park plan covers 2 parks and the Large Park plan covers 3, so a small group runs from one login. Switch between parks or see them together in one place.
Reporting per park or combined
See revenue and occupancy for each park on its own, or as a group, so you can compare sites and spot which park and which pitch types are pulling their weight.
Unlimited parks on Summit
Bigger groups move to the Summit plan: unlimited parks, custom domain and branding, and a dedicated account manager for hands-on support.
Migration help
Switching from another system? Summit includes hands-on migration help to bring your pitches, accommodation and upcoming bookings across. See pricing for every plan.
Holiday park management software questions
Can it manage more than one park?
Yes. The Growing Park plan covers 2 parks and up to 60 pitches for £59/month, and the Large Park plan covers 3 parks and up to 150 pitches for £99/month. If you run a bigger group, the Summit plan supports unlimited parks with a dedicated account manager. You manage every park from one login and can see each one separately or as a group.
Does it handle both pitches and accommodation?
Yes. Touring pitches, seasonal pitches and rental accommodation such as glamping pods, lodges and static caravans all sit in the same booking diary. Each pitch type and accommodation unit has its own pricing, rules and availability, so you run the whole park in one system rather than juggling separate calendars.
What reporting does it include?
You get revenue, bookings and occupancy reports across the whole park, with the option to export to PDF for your accountant or owners. Multi-park groups can see figures per park or combined, so you can compare sites and spot which pitch types and accommodation earn the most.
How much does holiday park management software cost?
For growing parks the Growing Park plan is £59/month (2 parks, up to 60 pitches) and the Large Park plan is £99/month (3 parks, up to 150 pitches). Parks with 150+ pitches or unlimited parks are on the custom Summit plan. There are no contracts, so you can cancel any time.
Can you help us move from our current system?
Yes. Setting CampSuite™ up yourself takes about 15 minutes, and most parks are running quickly. If you are a larger park or group on the Summit plan, we offer hands-on migration help to bring your pitches, accommodation and upcoming bookings across so you are not starting from a blank diary.
