Yes. Each static caravan or lodge is set up as its own bookable unit with photos, prices, minimum-night stays and a changeover day, so guests can book it online by the night, the weekend or the week, and pay a deposit or in full.

Yes. Statics, touring and seasonal pitches and glamping units all sit on one availability calendar, so you manage the whole park in one place and never double-book.
Does it handle changeover days and cleaning?
Yes. Set a changeover day and turnaround time per caravan, and every departure creates a job sheet for your cleaning team so nothing gets missed between guests.
How do deposits and balances work?
Take a deposit to secure the booking and set the balance to fall due before arrival. Payments go by card straight into your own Stripe account, and reminders send automatically.
Is it really free?
Yes. CampSuite™ is free for up to 100 units, the full product with no time limit. Guests pay a small £1.50 fee on online bookings, or you can cover it yourself for a set fee of £2 + VAT a unit a month. Bookings you take by phone or in person are never charged.
What does it cost per caravan?
On the paid plan it is a set fee of £2 + VAT a unit a month, the same for a big lodge as for a grass pitch, capped at £99 + VAT a month for up to 100 units. On the free plan it costs you nothing and your guests cover the small booking fee.
Can guests still book over the phone?
Yes. You can add any booking yourself in seconds, and phone, email and gate bookings are never charged a fee. Online booking just catches the enquiries that come in when you are not by the phone.
Can I move my existing bookings across?
Yes. Upload a spreadsheet of your current bookings and guests and we will import them for you, with safeguards so nothing gets double-booked during the switch.
Can I list my caravans on other websites?
Yes. Add the optional channel manager to list on Pitchup, Campsites.co.uk and more, kept in step with your own calendar. Those sites charge their own commission; this just does the listing.
Do I need to be good with computers?
No. If you can use a smartphone, you can use CampSuite™. Most parks are taking bookings the same afternoon, and there is a real person to help if you want a hand.
