Is CampSuite free for a five-pitch CL?
Yes. The free Express plan is a complete booking system for a CL with up to five pitches. No monthly fee and no card; guests pay a small £1.50 fee per online booking, or you can move to CL / CS Pro at £10/month to remove it.
Can I put my booking link on my CL directory listing?
Yes. You get a booking page link you can add to your Caravan and Motorhome Club directory listing, your own site or a text message, so members can check availability and book online.
Do I have to take online bookings?
No. You can use CampSuite purely as a digital diary, adding phone bookings and cash deposits just like a notebook. Online bookings are there for when you want them.
Does it work for motorhomes as well as caravans?
Yes. You can set pitch types, lengths and hook-ups to suit motorhomes, caravans and trailer tents, and mark which pitches take what, so you don't send a big motorhome to a pitch it won't fit.
