Your Campsites.co.uk listing, always up to date
CampSuite™ connects directly to Campsites.co.uk. Availability and rates go out, bookings come back into your diary, and your listing stops advertising nights you have already sold.
What the Campsites.co.uk integration does
Campsites.co.uk is one of the long-standing places UK campers go when they are searching for a site, often with a region, a date and a pitch type already in mind. That is high-intent traffic, and a listing there earns its keep for a lot of sites.
The friction is keeping the listing honest. A listing that shows availability you no longer have annoys guests and costs you a booking; a listing you keep deliberately vague to stay safe costs you bookings too.
The integration keeps it accurate without you touching it. CampSuite™ sends availability and rates out to Campsites.co.uk and brings bookings back into your booking diary, so what campers see is what you can actually sell. It works the same way as Pitchup and Hipcamp, and it is managed from the same Channels screen.
Campsites.co.uk is a UK campsite listing and booking site, used by campers searching for sites by area, dates and pitch type. This page explains how it connects to CampSuite™. The listing, audience and fees are Campsites.co.uk's own.
A listing that tells the truth
Availability updates as your diary changes, so you are not fielding enquiries for nights that went days ago, or holding dates back just to be safe.
Bookings land ready to run
Reservations arrive with dates, pitch and guest details, so they go straight into check-in and invoicing with nothing re-typed.
One calendar for every route
Direct bookings, phone bookings and channel bookings all share the same availability, so the same pitch cannot be sold twice.
How it works
Have a Campsites.co.uk listing
Set your site up on Campsites.co.uk with your pitch types, photos and rates, if you have not already.
Connect it in CampSuite
Add Campsites.co.uk on the Channels screen and authorise the connection.
Map your pitch types
Match the pitch types on your listing to the ones in CampSuite™ so availability and prices land in the right place.
Let it run
Availability and rates flow out, bookings flow in, and you manage it all from one screen.
Information exchanged
Exactly what a channel exchanges depends on how your listing is set up. In broad terms, the Campsites.co.uk connection covers:
| Availability, out to the listing | As pitches are booked, blocked or freed in CampSuite™, your listing is updated so it only offers what is genuinely free. |
|---|---|
| Rates and pitch types, out | Your pitch types and prices go out, keeping the listing consistent with your own booking page. |
| Bookings, in to CampSuite | Bookings made through Campsites.co.uk arrive in your diary with dates, pitch and guest details. |
| Changes and cancellations, in | Amendments and cancellations come back through, so released nights go straight back on sale. |
Getting more out of the listing once it is connected
Syncing fixes the accuracy problem. What it cannot do is make a thin listing convincing, so once the plumbing is sorted the wins come from the listing itself.
Get your pitch types right first. Campers filter by what they are arriving in, so a grass tent pitch, a hardstanding with electric and a glamping pod need to exist as separate, correctly described pitch types, both on the listing and in your pitch setup. Get that wrong and you either vanish from searches you should win, or take bookings onto pitches that do not suit the guest. Then look at the photos and the detail: what the pitch actually looks like, where the facilities are, whether dogs are welcome, what time you can arrive. Our guide to writing a campsite listing goes through it properly.
And keep an eye on the mix. With every route feeding one diary, your reports show what the listing is really bringing in against your direct bookings, which is the number that should drive how much you lean on it next season.

Campsites.co.uk integration FAQs
Does Campsites.co.uk work with CampSuite?
Yes. CampSuite™ connects to Campsites.co.uk directly, both ways: availability and rates out, bookings back in. You set it up once on the Channels screen.
Will my listing show the right availability?
It will. As bookings arrive and dates are blocked or freed in CampSuite™, your listing is updated, so campers only see nights you can actually sell.
Do bookings arrive automatically?
Yes. They come into your booking diary with the dates, pitch and guest details already attached, ready for check-in and invoicing.
Can I run it alongside Pitchup, Hipcamp and Airbnb?
Yes. Every connected channel reads the same availability from the same diary, so there is no conflict between them.
What does it cost?
Nothing from us. Channel connections are included on every CampSuite™ plan, including the free one. Any listing fees or commission are set by Campsites.co.uk.
What if I want to stop using the channel?
