Does Pitchup integrate with CampSuite?
Yes, directly and both ways. CampSuite™ sends availability and rates to Pitchup.com and pulls Pitchup bookings back into your diary automatically. You connect it once on the Channels screen.
Do Pitchup bookings come into the diary automatically?
They do. A Pitchup booking arrives as a normal booking, with dates, pitch and guest details filled in, so there is nothing to copy across by hand.
Will it stop double bookings between Pitchup and my website?
Yes. Whichever route a booking arrives by, CampSuite™ closes those dates everywhere else, including on your own booking page and any other connected channel.
Who sets the commission?
Pitchup does, and it is between you and Pitchup. CampSuite™ takes no commission or booking fee on channel bookings, on any plan.
Can I keep taking direct bookings as well?
Absolutely, and you should. Direct bookings cost you no commission. Both routes share the same availability, so there is no risk in running them together.
Can I disconnect Pitchup later?
Yes. Channels can be connected and disconnected from the Channels screen whenever you like, without affecting the bookings you already hold.
