Pricing
These are the UK prices, per park per month and excluding VAT. UK parks have 20% VAT added; euro accounts are not charged VAT. The plans are:
- Free, £0, free for up to 10 units. Not a trial and no expiry. Guests pay a £1.50 fee per online booking; phone, email, walk-in and gate bookings are never charged. Includes the booking diary, online booking, Stripe card payments, guest messages, the website builder, the WordPress booking plugin and unlimited staff logins.
- Starter, £12 + VAT a month for up to 10 units. No guest booking fee, and 3 iCal calendar links to keep Airbnb and other sites in step with the diary.
- Grow, £29 + VAT a month with 20 units included, then £1.25 + VAT a unit. Adds the Channel Manager, Xero, seasonal pitches, the site map designer, automation, the API and advanced reporting. No guest booking fee.
- Park, from £149 + VAT a month with 100 units included, then £1.50 + VAT a unit. Adds alternative payment providers, housekeeping and maintenance, departmental permissions, a custom web address and priority support.
- Group, priced around the group. Several parks run from one place, single sign-on, white-label booking, bespoke integrations and a service level agreement.
Coming soon: social media posts and review replies, 10 a month each on Grow, 50 on Park and unlimited on Group. Not on Free or Starter.
Optional extras: your own web address at £5 a month + VAT (£6 inc VAT for UK parks), included from Park; caravan and motorhome storage from £15 + VAT a month; SMS at 5p + VAT a text.

- CS sites, Camping and Caravanning Club Certificated Sites (certificated for 5 units, so comfortably inside the free plan)
- Small campsites, up to 20 pitches
- Caravan and touring parks, touring, seasonal and hardstanding pitches
- Glamping sites, pods, cabins, bell tents and shepherd huts
