Pricing
Pricing is the same everywhere on the site. The plans are:
- Free, free for up to 100 pitches. It is the full product, with no expiry and no feature limits. Guests pay a £1.50 fee per online booking; phone, email, walk-in and gate bookings are never charged. No card needed, no time limit. Includes the website builder, the site map designer, the WordPress booking plugin and developer API access.
- Put it on me, £2 + VAT per unit a month, capped at £99 + VAT a month, for up to 100 pitches. You cover the booking fee yourself, so guests pay nothing extra.
- Larger park, a tailored plan for more than 100 pitches or several parks. Get in touch for a price.
Optional add-ons are available on any plan: channel management at £10 + VAT a month, and your own web address at £5 + VAT a month. Otherwise your website uses a free campsuite.net address, included on every plan.
The £1.50 guest booking fee applies on the free plan. With Put it on me you cover it yourself, so guests pay no booking fee. See full pricing for details.

CampSuite™ is designed for owners of small and medium UK sites who want to replace a paper diary or spreadsheet without taking on complicated enterprise park software:
- CL sites, Caravan and Motorhome Club Certificated Locations (certificated for 5 caravans, so comfortably inside the free plan)
- CS sites, Camping and Caravanning Club Certificated Sites (certificated for 5 units, so comfortably inside the free plan)
- Small campsites, up to 20 pitches
- Caravan and touring parks, touring, seasonal and hardstanding pitches
- Glamping sites, pods, cabins, bell tents and shepherd huts
