Empty pitches, posted before they go to waste

CampSuite already knows which pitches are free next weekend. Soon it will write the post, choose the photo and put it on Facebook and Instagram for you, with a link that books straight onto the pitch.

A phone showing a post about a free pitch with a Book button, beside a calendar with the gap it fills
Your diary, turned into a post a guest can book from.

It spots the gaps

Free hardstandings on a bank holiday, a quiet week in June, a lodge back after a cancellation. Your diary, read every morning.

It writes the post

Your own photos, the dates and the price, written the way you talk to guests. Change a word, or simply press post.

Guests book direct

Every post carries your own booking link, so a booking from Facebook lands in your diary with no commission to pay.

The quiet midweek, filled from your own page

Most owners know they should post more. The trouble is that the posts that work are the ones about this weekend, and this weekend is exactly when there is no time to write one. By Thursday the gap is still there and the moment has gone.

CampSuite already holds the answer to the only question a guest scrolling past has: is there a pitch, when, and what does it cost. Social media posts turn that into a post with your own photo and a button, and the booking lands in the diary like any other. Nothing goes out until you have looked at it.

Want to get going now? Our guide to social media for campsite owners covers what to post and when.

Frequently asked questions

When will social media posts be ready?

It is being built now. We will not put a date on it until it is ready, and when it is, every park on Grow, Park or Group has it switched on without doing anything.

Which networks will it post to?

Facebook and Instagram, the two places campsite guests actually look.

Will it post without me seeing it?

No. CampSuite drafts the post from your diary and your photos. You change a word if you want to, then press post.

Which plans include it?

Grow includes 10 posts a month, Park 50 and Group as many as you like. It is not on Free or Starter. See the plans.

Do I pay commission on a booking that comes from a post?

No. The link in every post goes to your own booking page, so the guest books direct and the booking lands in your diary with no commission to anybody.
