Can guests book glamping online and pay a deposit?
Yes. Add a booking page to your own website so guests can check live availability, book a pod or cabin and pay a deposit or the full balance by card. Payments run through Stripe, so the money settles straight to your account.
Is the glamping booking software free?
It is free for up to 100 pitches, the full product with glamping units and rental accommodation included. Does it stop double bookings across glamping units?
Yes. When a unit is booked for a set of dates, those dates are blocked automatically so the same pod or cabin can never be double booked, whether the booking comes in by phone or online.
Can I send automatic check-in and welcome messages?
Yes. CampSuite™ sends booking confirmations, pre-arrival information and post-stay messages automatically, so glamping guests get directions, gate codes, hot-tub instructions and check-in details without you writing each email by hand.
Can I set minimum-night stays and changeover days?
Yes. Each unit can have its own minimum-night stay and fixed changeover day, so a shepherd's hut can be Friday to Friday while a pod takes any two nights. The booking system enforces the rules for you, both online and in your own diary.
How do deposits and balances work?
Set a deposit amount or percentage per unit and guests pay it by card when they book. CampSuite™ can collect the balance automatically before arrival, or you can take the full amount up front. Everything runs through Stripe and settles straight to your account.
