Can I take deposits?
Yes. Ask for a deposit or the full amount when guests book online, taken by card through Stripe and paid straight into your bank. It cuts no-shows and saves you chasing money before arrival.
How long does it take to set up?
About an afternoon, often less. Sign up, add your pitches and pop in any bookings you already have, and you can be taking online bookings in around 15 minutes. There's no software to install and no training day.
Do guests need an app?
No. Guests book on a normal web page from their phone or computer, with nothing to download. You don't need an app either. CampSuite™ runs in your browser on any phone, tablet or laptop.
Can I still take phone bookings?
Of course. Add phone, email, walk-in and gate bookings straight into the diary yourself, just like a paper book. Online bookings are there when you want them, but you're never forced to go fully online.
Can I move my existing bookings across?
Yes. If you're already taking bookings, upload a spreadsheet and we'll import your existing bookings and guests for you, so your diary is right from day one. If you're coming from another system, our switch to CampSuite team does the move for you.
