Bookings moving across from an old system — Your existing bookings and guest list, brought over without a gap in the season.

CampSuite runs your whole site from your phone: bookings, payments, guests and the daily jobs. Published prices, and quick to use every day. Here’s the straight comparison with Gemapark.

The short version

Gemapark is a UK park-management system used by caravan and holiday parks. It was built for a reception-desk PC in an earlier era of hardware, and that shows in how it feels to run a site from your pocket today.

If you want a modern, mobile-first booking system that’s quick to set up, with published prices, and quick to use from your phone, CampSuite is built for you, and we’ll move you across ourselves. It’s free for up to 10 units, and a fraction of legacy pricing as you grow.

Why parks move from Gemapark to CampSuite

Here is what changes when you move.

Move to CampSuite if…

You want to run your park from your phone, not a back-office PC
You’d like a system that looks and feels modern
Value matters, and you would rather pay for capability than for seats
You want a 15-minute setup and no onboarding project
You want Stripe payouts straight to your bank
You’d rather pay monthly with no lock-in

What you leave behind

A diary tied to a back-office PC
Paying for seats rather than capability
An onboarding project before you go live

How we move you off Gemapark

A free migration call

Tell us what you're on now and how your site runs. We look at your pitches, rates and bookings together and agree a simple plan. No jargon, no pressure.

We map your data

You send an export, a spreadsheet or even a photo of your diary. We map your pitches, accommodation, rate cards and seasons into CampSuite for you.

We build & import

We set up your site, import your existing and upcoming bookings and guest details, and get your own booking page ready with your branding.

We check it together

We walk through everything on a screen-share until you are happy it is right. Then you go live, on your timescale, not ours.

No cutover weekend. Run CampSuite alongside your current system for as long as you like, when you are confident, switch the old one off. Most sites are fully moved within a week.

Nothing left behind

What we bring across for you

Your data is yours. We move the things that matter so your first day on CampSuite feels like home, not a fresh start from a blank screen.

Pitches & accommodation

Every touring pitch, hardstanding, glamping pod, lodge and bell tent, with types, hook-ups and rules set up the way you actually run them.

Rates & seasons

Your nightly prices, seasonal rates, weekend premiums, electric supplements and minimum stays, rebuilt cleanly so pricing behaves the way it does today.

Current & future bookings

The bookings already in your diary, including deposits paid and balances due, so nobody turns up to a pitch that CampSuite doesn't know about.

Guest details & history

Names, contact details and booking history come across, so returning guests are recognised and your records stay intact.

Your booking page

We set up your own online booking page with your name and branding, ready to share on your website, socials or club listing when you are.

Nothing you don't need

We leave behind the clutter and half-used settings from your old system. You start clean, with only the things that matter to your site.

How they compare

Two different eras of software

Older campsite systems were built for a different decade of hardware. Here is the difference in the tech, and why it matters for the years ahead.

	Gemapark	CampSuite
Designed for	A reception desk PC, back in the day	A phone in your pocket, today
Runs on your phone	A cut-down afterthought view	The primary, first-class experience
Time to get going	Onboarding projects and training days	Live in about 15 minutes
Getting started	Sales calls before you can even look	Start free, no card, no salesperson
Contracts	Annual terms and lock-ins are common	Pay monthly, cancel any time
Card payments	Often a middle-man merchant account	Stripe Connect, paid straight to your bank
Small & CL sites	Full price from pitch one	Free for up to 10 units
How it improves	Big, occasional, disruptive updates	Small improvements shipped constantly
Support	Tiered tickets and hold music	A UK team who camp

Every system on the market can take a booking. The question is which one you will still be glad you chose in five years.

What it costs to move

Free to move, or a fixed quote, never a surprise

Most sites move for free. Larger or more complicated parks get one fixed price, agreed before we start.

Small & medium sites

Free migration

CL sites, CS sites and most touring parks up to around 60 pitches: we move you across for free. No setup fee. You just pick the plan that fits once you are live.

Larger & complex parks

A fixed custom quote

Big multi-park operations or complicated legacy data? We give you one clear, fixed price up front for a fully done-for-you move, agreed before we start, so there are no surprises.
