Terms of service
Last updated: 16 September 2026
These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of the CampSuite® website and application (the "Service") operated by WorkBee Limited ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Service.
1. The service
CampSuite is a web-based campsite management software platform that helps campsite owners manage bookings, pitches, guests, payments and communications. The Service is accessed through a web browser at app.campsuite.net and does not require any software installation.
2. Account registration
To use CampSuite, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current and complete information about yourself and your campsite.
- Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate.
- Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with others.
- Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us immediately at hello@campsuite.net if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Each campsite should have one account. You may manage multiple sites under a single account where the Service supports this.
3. Plans and charges
Free
Free is free of charge for a site with up to 10 bookable units. It is not a trial: it does not expire and no card is needed to start. It is the booking diary in full, with the features listed for it on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify the features included in Free with reasonable notice.
Paid plans
There are three paid plans, priced per park per month:
- Grow includes an allowance of bookable units. Units above that allowance are charged monthly at the per-unit rate on our pricing page.
- Park includes a larger allowance of units, and the features listed for it, including a custom booking domain.
- Group is for operators running more than one park and is priced by written quotation.
A unit is anything a guest can book on its own: a pitch, a hardstanding, a lodge or a glamping unit. We count the units on your account at the start of each billing period. No paid plan carries a CampSuite booking fee.
Add-ons and usage
A custom booking domain, caravan and motorhome storage, and outbound text messages are charged separately at the rates on our pricing page. None of them switches itself on, and anything you do not use is not billed.
Billing
Paid plans and add-ons are billed monthly in advance. The current prices, in the currency and with the tax treatment that applies in your country, are on the pricing page for that country. There is no minimum term and no setup fee. We may change our prices with at least 30 days' written notice, and if you do not agree to a change you may cancel before it takes effect.
You may cancel a paid plan at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. Upon cancellation, your account will revert to Free if eligible, or be deactivated.
4. The guest booking fee
On Free, a guest booking online through CampSuite pays a booking fee of £1.50. It is charged once per booking, whatever the number of nights, pitches or people, and is added to the booking total and shown to the guest on its own line. It is our charge to the guest rather than yours, and does not pass through your account or your takings.
Bookings you take by phone, by email, at the gate or by hand carry no fee. Every paid plan removes the fee. We reserve the right to adjust the guest booking fee with at least 30 days' written notice.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in connection with the management of a genuine camping, caravanning, glamping or holiday accommodation business. You must not:
- Use the Service for any illegal or fraudulent purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Service.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Upload or transmit any viruses, malware or other harmful code.
- Use the Service to send unsolicited communications (spam).
- Resell, sublicense or provide the Service to third parties without our written consent.
- Use the Service in a manner that could damage, disable or impair the Service for other users.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you are in breach of these acceptable use terms.
6. Your data
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into CampSuite, including guest information, booking records, site details and any other content ("Your Data"). We do not claim any ownership rights over Your Data.
By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process Your Data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. We process Your Data in accordance with our privacy policy and, where applicable, as a data processor acting on your instructions as data controller under the UK GDPR.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and consents to enter guest personal data into CampSuite and that your use of the Service complies with applicable data protection legislation.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including all software, design, text, graphics, logos, icons and the CampSuite brand, is owned by WorkBee Limited and is protected by intellectual property laws. CampSuite® is a registered trade mark of WorkBee Limited. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
You retain ownership of Your Data and any content you upload to the Service. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use, display and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
8. Service availability
We aim to provide a reliable service with high uptime, but we cannot guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or without interruption. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Planned maintenance (we will endeavour to provide advance notice).
- Unplanned technical issues or outages.
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including internet service disruptions, power failures, or force majeure events.
We will make reasonable efforts to restore the Service promptly in the event of any disruption. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the unavailability of the Service.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities or goodwill, whether arising from contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise.
- Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or in connection with the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.
10. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at hello@campsuite.net or through your account settings.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time if:
- You breach these Terms.
- We are required to do so by law.
- We discontinue the Service (with reasonable notice).
Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export Your Data from the Service. After this period, we may delete Your Data in accordance with our privacy policy. We will make reasonable efforts to assist you with data export upon request.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice in the CampSuite application at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may terminate your account before the changes take effect.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Before initiating any formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting the other party. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute promptly and fairly.
13. General
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our privacy policy and cookie policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and WorkBee Limited regarding the Service.
- Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
- Waiver. A failure by us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
- Assignment. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to a successor in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
