This cookie policy explains how WorkBee Limited ("CampSuite®", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on our website at www.campsuite.net and our application at app.campsuite.net.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device (computer, tablet or phone) when you visit a website or use a web application. They are widely used to make websites work more efficiently, to remember your preferences and to provide information to the site owners.
Cookies can be "session" cookies, which are deleted when you close your browser, or "persistent" cookies, which remain on your device for a set period or until you delete them.
2. Essential cookies
These cookies are necessary for the Service to function and cannot be switched off. They are usually set in response to actions you take, such as logging in, setting preferences or filling in forms. Without these cookies, the Service cannot operate properly.

3. Analytics cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are most popular, how visitors move around the site and where we can improve it. We look at it in aggregate and we do not use it to identify an individual visitor, but Google receives your IP address and sets an identifier in your browser, so it is not accurate to call it anonymous. You can read Google’s privacy policy, and the subprocessor list records what it can see.

You can opt out of analytics cookies through your browser settings or by declining non-essential cookies when prompted.
4. Advertising and measurement
Our marketing website carries the Meta (Facebook) pixel. It tells Meta that a browser viewed a page on campsuite.net, which is how we measure whether our own advertising works and how we reach people who have looked at CampSuite before. It is an advertising technology and we would rather say so than describe it as something else.
What it does not do: it carries no guest data, no booking data and nothing from inside the CampSuite application. We do not sell your data or your guests’ data to anybody, and we do not share your guests’ details with advertisers. You can read Meta’s privacy policy.
The pixel and the analytics tag load with the page. Neither is needed for anything on this site to work, so you can block both without losing any function: use your browser’s tracking protection, its setting for blocking third-party cookies, or an ad blocker. The browser links in section 6 below show you where those settings are.
5. Third-party cookies
When you make or receive a payment through CampSuite, our payment processor Stripe may set cookies on your device. These cookies are necessary for Stripe to process payments securely and to prevent fraud. Stripe acts as an independent data controller for these cookies.

Booking a demo with us
Our book a demo page embeds a booking calendar provided by Microsoft Bookings, so you can choose an appointment slot without leaving our site. Microsoft may set cookies on your device when that calendar loads, and acts as an independent data controller for them. You can read more in Microsoft's privacy statement. If you would rather not load it, you can book by contacting us or by telephone instead.
Live chat
Our website carries Crisp live chat so you can ask us something without leaving the page. Crisp sets cookies to keep a conversation together across page loads, and it processes whatever you type into the chat window along with any name and email address you give it. Fonts
Our pages use the Poppins typeface, served by Google Fonts. Requesting a font file sends Google your IP address and browser details.
Forms
The demo request and integration enquiry forms are delivered by Formspree. What you type into one of those forms goes to Formspree in order to reach us.
The complete list of everyone who can process personal data on our behalf, with what each one does and where, is at Subprocessors. If something is not on that list, it is not on this site.
6. How to manage cookies
Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. You can usually find these in the "Settings", "Preferences" or "Privacy" section of your browser. Common options include:
- Block all cookies, this will prevent all cookies from being set, but may stop the Service from working correctly.
- Block third-party cookies, this will allow essential CampSuite cookies but block cookies from third parties like Stripe (which may affect payment functionality) and Microsoft Bookings (which may stop the demo booking calendar from displaying).
- Delete cookies: You can delete cookies that have already been set. Note that this will log you out of CampSuite and reset any preferences.
- Accept or decline cookies: When you first visit our site, you may be given the choice to accept or decline non-essential cookies.

7. Changes to this policy
We may update this cookie policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use or for operational, legal or regulatory reasons. The "last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was most recently revised.
