CampSuite® started with one question, asked on a lot of pitches: why are people who are good at running a campsite still spending their evenings on paperwork built for somebody else's business?

I'm Rob. I've been motorhoming around the UK for years. Along the way, I kept meeting amazing campsite owners, warm, welcoming people who were brilliant at making guests feel at home but drowning in booking admin.
They'd show me their notebooks, spreadsheets and whiteboards. They'd tell me about the double bookings, the missed messages, the evenings spent sorting paperwork instead of enjoying their own site.
So I built CampSuite. Not from a London office, but from the passenger seat of my motorhome, parked up on the very sites it was designed for.
There's a personal reason too. My partner and I want a campsite of our own, and we're out looking for the right spot to make it happen. So I'm not just building CampSuite for other owners, I'm building the software I'll want running our own site from day one. Everything the owners who've welcomed me in have taught me, what works, what drives them up the wall, has gone straight back into it.
CampSuite is not a first attempt. I have spent my career designing and building business systems, mostly in .NET and Microsoft technologies, and mostly the kind a company cannot trade without. Three bits of that are worth knowing before you trust your bookings to it.
At Park Holidays I designed the synchronisation that kept holiday bookings and customer records in step between their CRM and their accounts system, so reception and the accounts team were never working from different numbers.
For M.J Quinn I architected and led the build of the Openreach integration that gives 2,000 telecoms engineers their day's work. It handles in the region of 9,000 installation jobs a day.
I co-founded RealCube in 2010 as CTO and wrote the estate agency platform behind it. It grew to a 204-office operation and I sold my stake in 2013. CampSuite is the second product I have taken from a blank page to a live business.
Alongside CampSuite I still work as a solution architect on enterprise systems, for water companies, government departments and national service businesses. It is the same discipline a campsite needs, just at a different scale: get the data right, keep the integrations honest, and never lose anybody's booking.
CampSuite handles the lot: bookings, payments, guest messages, arrivals and the daily jobs, all in one place and all on your phone. It started life as a better booking diary. It's grown into a proper camping platform, and we're adding to it every month, on our way to matching anything CampManager or GemaPark can do, without the price tag or the training course.
And it's still simple. If you can fill in a form, you can run your site on it. For small sites like CLs and CS sites it's completely free, because the owners who need the help most shouldn't have to pay through the nose for it.
We'd rather build one thing well than ten things badly. Every feature earns its place by making your day easier, not by ticking a box on a comparison chart.
Small sites shouldn't pay monthly fees just to stop double bookings. CampSuite is free for up to 100 pitches, no credit card, no time limit, no catch. That's a promise.
Not tech companies. Real people running real campsites, often alongside a farm, a family, or a full-time job. Our software works the way you do.
I built CampSuite because the people who welcomed me onto their land deserved better than a crumpled notebook and a prayer that nothing got double-booked.
Every feature starts with a conversation with real campsite owners about real problems.
No bloat, no jargon. If it doesn't make your day easier, it doesn't go in.
Real people answer your questions. Not chatbots. Not overseas call centres. Us.
CampSuite gets better every month, shaped by the people who actually use it.
