Booking system for CS sites
CampSuite™ is a booking system for CS sites that helps you manage pitches, deposits, guest messages and online bookings from one diary. It is free for up to 100 pitches, so a Camping and Caravanning Club Certificated Site pays nothing at all, whether you take bookings by phone, email, cash or online.
Your CS guests deserve a smooth arrival. and you deserve an evening off.
A booking system built for a five-pitch CS
A Certificated Site is a small thing: five pitches on a farm, in a paddock or at the bottom of the garden, certificated by the Camping and Caravanning Club. You do not need a big system built for a holiday park with a hundred statics. You need a tidy booking diary you can check from your phone while you are out feeding the animals, and it should cost a small CS next to nothing to run.
That is exactly what CampSuite™ is. It is free CS site booking software for up to 100 pitches, which means a five-pitch CS pays nothing at all. It is the full product, not a trial, and there is no card needed to start. Take bookings by phone, email, cash on the gate or online, and see them all in one booking diary.
Keep the parts you love about running a CS, chatting to guests as they roll in and pointing them at the good walks, and let CampSuite™ handle the diary, the deposits and the double-booking worry. Most owners are off the paper diary in an afternoon.
Which one is a CS site?
It is easy to mix the two up. A CS, or Certificated Site, is the small site of up to five pitches certificated by the Camping and Caravanning Club. A CL, or Certificated Location, is the same idea run by the Caravan and Motorhome Club. Different club, same friendly, small-site spirit, and often the same farmer with a spare corner of a field.
CampSuite™ works happily for both, so if you have heard a CL owner rave about it, you get the same simple diary and the same free-for-100-pitches deal. This page is for CS sites. If you run a CL, or a bit of both, there is a CL site page too, and a wider camping club booking software guide that covers every club.

Free for your five pitches
Free for up to 100 pitches means a five-pitch CS pays nothing. No monthly fee, no card to start, no catch. See the simple pricing.
No more double-bookings
Once a pitch is booked, it is blocked. Whether the booking came in by phone or online, the diary keeps it straight so you never turn up two vans on one pitch.
Room for vans and tents
Set up your grass pitches, hardstandings and hook-ups just as they are on the ground, for tourers, motorhomes and the tent field alike.
Guests can still ring you
Plenty of your guests like to phone. They still can, with no fee, and you pop the booking straight into the diary yourself.
One link for your listing
You get a booking link to paste onto your Camping and Caravanning Club listing, so members can find you and book online in a couple of taps.
Built for certificated sites
Made and supported in the UK by people who camp, and who know a five-van CS is not a caravan park. Real human help when you want it.
The CS experience, without the admin
Running a Certificated Site should be enjoyable. You got into it because you love the outdoors and meeting fellow campers, not because you wanted to spend evenings chasing deposits and fielding phone calls.
CampSuite™ handles the admin so you can focus on what matters: keeping your site lovely and welcoming guests when they arrive.
Everything a CS site needs, nothing it doesn't
No hundred-page manual and no features built for a holiday park. Just the handful of things that make running five pitches easy.
Today's arrivals board
Open CampSuite™ and see who is arriving today, who is already on site and who is leaving. One screen, no flicking through pages.
Online deposits and balances
Take a deposit when guests book and the balance when they arrive. It all lands in your own bank through Stripe. Learn about payments.
Automatic guest messages
Send booking confirmations, directions to the site and a friendly arrival note without lifting a finger. Guests turn up knowing exactly where to go.
Your pitches and hook-ups
Set up grass, hardstanding and electric pitches exactly as they are on the ground, each with its own price and any minimum stay. See parks and pitches.
Guest details in one tap
Name, vehicle, dates, how many nights and what they owe, all on one booking. Call, text or email a guest straight from it.
Open and close for the season
Only open the dates you actually take guests. Close for winter in a couple of taps and open up again when the season starts.
Receipts and simple records
Send a tidy receipt and keep a clear record of who paid what. Handy come year end, without a shoebox full of paper.
A second pair of hands
Your partner or a helper can see the same diary from their own phone, so the bookings do not all fall to one person.
Your own web address, optional
Happy with your Club listing? Just use the link. Want your own smart little site later? Add a website for a small monthly extra.

What does it cost a CS site?
For almost every Certificated Site, the answer is nothing. CampSuite™ is free for up to 100 pitches, so your five pitches sit comfortably inside the free plan. It is the full product, with no monthly fee and no card needed to sign up.
When guests book online they pay a small £1.50 fee, and you keep the full pitch price. Phone, email, walk-in and gate bookings are never charged. Would you rather your guests paid nothing? "Put it on me" covers the fee for £2 + VAT a unit a month, capped at £99 + VAT. Optional extras like your own web address (£5 + VAT a month) or channel management for Pitchup and Campsites.co.uk (£10 + VAT a month) are there if you ever want them, and the WordPress plugin and API are included free. See the full pricing.
Founder-led, and started in a motorhome
CampSuite™ was started by Rob Heeley, who was touring in his own motorhome, staying on small sites and CSs, and could see how much simpler the booking side could be for the owners. It is built and run in the UK by a small team who camp, with real human support on the end of the phone or a chat, not a call centre reading a script.
Already taking bookings? You do not have to start from scratch. Send us the spreadsheet or notebook you keep now and we will import your existing bookings and guests for you, so your diary is complete from day one. It is free for up to 100 pitches, so there really is no reason not to try it.
What this looks like on a five-pitch CS
To see the detail before signing up, read the walkthrough for running a five-pitch CS on CampSuite. It covers handling your five units and the tent field on one screen, and keeping phone bookings going while you add an online booking link. If you are deciding between the schemes, our comparison of a CS against a CL site explains the differences.
Frequently asked questions
What is the best booking system for a CS site?
For a Camping and Caravanning Club Certificated Site, the best booking system is simple, mobile and affordable. CampSuite™ is built for CS sites: a booking diary for your five pitches, with deposits, guest messages and optional online bookings, and it is free for up to 100 pitches.
Is CampSuite™ free for a five-pitch CS site?
Yes. The free plan is a complete booking system for CS sites. There is no monthly fee and no card needed; guests pay a small £1.50 fee on online bookings, or if you'd rather cover it yourself, "Put it on me" is £2 + VAT a unit a month, with no guest fee.
Is it free for CS sites?
Yes. CampSuite™ is completely free for up to 100 pitches, so every Certificated Site is covered, no card required, no monthly fee.
What is the difference between a CS and a CL site?
A CS, or Certificated Site, is the small site of up to five pitches certificated by the Camping and Caravanning Club, often on a farm or in a paddock. A CL, or Certificated Location, is the equivalent run by the Caravan and Motorhome Club. CampSuite™ works for both. This page is for CS sites; there is a separate CL site page too.
Can I still take phone bookings?
Yes. Guests can still ring you and you pop the booking straight into the diary yourself. There is no fee on phone, email, walk-in or gate bookings. Online bookings are there for the guests who prefer to book online, but nobody has to.
Do I need a website, or can I just use my Club listing?
You do not need a website. CampSuite™ gives you a booking link you can paste straight onto your Camping and Caravanning Club listing, or send by text or email. If you would like your own web address later it is £5 + VAT a month, but plenty of CS owners just use the link.
How do payments reach me?
Online deposits and payments go straight into your own bank account through Stripe, usually within a couple of days. The money is yours from the start; CampSuite™ never holds it. You can also record cash and cheque payments in the diary so everything is in one place.
Can I manage deposits?
Yes. You can take and track deposits so you always know who has paid and who hasn't. Guests can pay online or you can record manual payments.
Is it hard to set up?
No. Most CS owners are up and running in an afternoon. You add your pitches, set your prices and enter any bookings you already have. If you keep your bookings in a spreadsheet, send it over and we will import your existing bookings and guests for you.
What happens in winter when I am closed?
Nothing to worry about. You can close your dates for the winter so no one can book, and open them again when the season starts. It stays free while you are closed, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing to pay.
Does it work with Camping and Caravanning Club?
CampSuite™ is designed for CS sites. You get a booking page link you can add to your club listing so guests can find and book your site.
Ready to ditch the paper diary?
It takes about 15 minutes. It's free for up to 100 pitches, no card needed.
