For touring parks of almost any size, yes, it’s often the better fit. You get the diary, online bookings, card payments, guest comms and reporting most sites actually use, in something mobile-first and far cheaper. Very large parks built around a dedicated reception desk and complex static-caravan workflows may still prefer CampManager, and we’ll tell you so.

Yes. Send us an export, a set of reports or even a copy of your diary and we map your pitches, rates, guests and bookings into CampSuite for you. If a clean export isn’t possible, we’ll find another way, tell us what you can get out.
