Booking software for medium sites
Campsite booking software for busy touring and holiday parks of roughly 20 to 60 pitches. Keep seasonal, touring and glamping bookings straight on one diary, take online bookings and deposits, and know your takings all season. Free for up to 100 pitches.
Your site has grown. Your booking system should grow with it.
Built for a busy site with a mix of pitches
A medium touring or holiday park is a different animal to a five-pitch paddock. You might have seasonal pitches let year on year, touring pitches turning over most nights in the school holidays, a few glamping pods and maybe a static or two. In a good week that is a lot of arrivals, departures and pitch moves to keep straight, and a paper diary or a spreadsheet starts to creak. CampSuite™ is campsite booking software built for exactly this size of site: a proper booking engine that holds the whole season on one diary, whatever type of pitch it is.
Think of it as a touring park booking system and a medium campsite management tool in one. Guests book and pay online, the booking drops straight into your diary, and the pitch is blocked so it cannot be sold twice. Deposits and balances are handled for you, guest messages and reminders go out on their own, and your takings add themselves up as you go. It is caravan site booking software that a busy park can actually run day to day, on the office computer or on your phone out on the field.
And you can take it at your own pace. Start as a tidy digital diary for phone and gate bookings, switch on online bookings when you are ready, then add the channel manager to reach guests on Pitchup and Campsites.co.uk. Nothing is forced, and it stays free for up to 100 pitches the whole way.

When you are letting seasonal, touring and glamping all at once, the little jobs pile up fast. Here is where a busy site usually starts to feel the strain, and how CampSuite™ takes the weight.
A diary that won't stay straight
Seasonals, tourers, pods and a static, all in different colours of pen. One booking diary holds the lot, so nothing gets lost between the lines.
Double bookings that slip through
When phone, email and online don't talk to each other, two guests end up on one pitch. Book a pitch here and it is blocked everywhere at once.
Chasing deposits and balances
Ringing round for the money owing eats your evenings. Take a deposit on booking and let automatic reminders collect the balance before arrival.
The same questions, over and over
Arrival times, gate codes, where's my pitch. Automatic guest messages answer the common ones before the phone even rings.
Listings drifting out of step
A booking on Pitchup that isn't in your diary yet is a clash waiting to happen. The channel manager keeps every listing in step for you.
No idea of your takings till winter
Adding up a season by hand tells you far too late. Watch occupancy and revenue build as the bookings land, weekend by weekend.
One diary, every pitch type
Seasonal, touring, grass, hardstanding, serviced, pods and statics all live on the same booking diary, on the office screen or your phone out on the field.
Online bookings and deposits
Guests book and pay in a couple of taps, the booking lands in your diary and the pitch is blocked, so it can never be sold twice.
Card payments and balances
Take a deposit up front and the balance nearer arrival, through Stripe, straight to your bank. See payments →
Seasonal and touring together
Hold your seasonal pitches for their regulars and run the tourers by the night, with peak, shoulder and off-peak rates set once.
Glamping pods and statics
Pods, safari tents, lodges and statics book alongside your pitches, each with its own rates, minimum stays and changeover days. Glamping software →
Automatic guest messages
Booking confirmations, arrival details and balance reminders go out on their own, so guests turn up knowing what to do. See guest comms →

Made by people who actually camp
CampSuite™ is founder-led, started by Rob Heeley in a motorhome and built and run in the UK by people who camp. When you need a hand there is a real person to talk to, not a ticket number, and they know a seasonal pitch from a touring one and a full-service park from a paddock.
Moving from another booking system or off a spreadsheet is nothing to dread. Send us what you have and we import your existing bookings and guests for you, so nobody falls through the gaps. It is free for up to 100 pitches, the full product rather than a trial, so there is genuinely no reason not to try it on your own park. See how switching works →
Pricing for a growing park
Free for up to 100 pitches, the full product, with seasonal pricing, reporting and everything you need to run a busy park. Guests pay a small £1.50 fee (inc VAT) on online bookings and you keep the full pitch price; phone, walk-in and gate bookings are never charged. Prefer your guests paid nothing? Put it on me covers the fee for £2 + VAT per unit a month, capped at £99 + VAT. Add channel management for Pitchup and Campsites.co.uk for £10 + VAT a month, or your own web address for £5 + VAT a month, whenever you want them. No contracts, cancel any time.

Park size changes what matters most. See the walkthrough for a 16 to 30-pitch site, which covers bringing direct, telephone and channel bookings into one diary, or for a 31 to 50-pitch park, which covers running the diary from a phone with wardens and seasonal staff.
Frequently asked questions
Is CampSuite really free for a site our size?
Yes. CampSuite™ is free for up to 100 pitches, the full product, not a trial. A site with 20 to 60 pitches is well inside that, so a medium touring or holiday park pays nothing for the software. Guests pay a small £1.50 fee (inc VAT) when they book online and you keep the full pitch price. Phone, email, walk-in and gate bookings are never charged. If you would rather your guests paid nothing, Put it on me covers the fee for £2 + VAT per unit a month, capped at £99 + VAT.
Can it handle seasonal and touring pitches together?
Yes. That is exactly what a medium park needs. You can hold your seasonal pitches for the guests who take them year on year and run your touring pitches by the night on the same diary. Everything shows in one place, so a long seasonal booking and a two-night tourer never clash.
Can I set seasonal pricing?
Yes. You can set different rates for peak, shoulder and off-peak seasons. Prices update automatically based on dates you define, so a bank holiday weekend and a quiet week in October charge the right amount without you touching anything.
Does it do glamping units?
Yes. Pods, safari tents, shepherd's huts, lodges and statics all sit in the same booking system as your pitches. You can set your own nightly rates, minimum stays and changeover days for each one, and guests book them online just like a pitch. See our glamping booking software and accommodation features.
Can I take deposits and balances?
Yes. Take a deposit at the time of booking and collect the balance nearer arrival, or take the full amount up front, whichever suits your park. Card payments run through Stripe and land straight in your bank. Automatic reminders can chase the balance for you so you are not the one making the calls.
How does channel management work, and what does it cost?
The channel management add-on lists your pitches and units on Pitchup and Campsites.co.uk and keeps availability in step, so a booking on one channel closes the pitch everywhere and you are not copying dates between screens. It is an optional £10 + VAT a month on any plan. Turn it on when you want the extra shop window and off if you ever want to stop.
Can I get reports for a busy season?
Yes. See occupancy, revenue and takings at a glance, by pitch type, by date range or across the whole season. You can tell which weekends filled first, which pitches earn their keep and what you took last August compared with this one, without adding up a paper diary.
Can multiple staff use it?
Yes. You can invite team members so more than one person can manage bookings, take payments and check guests in and out. Handy when reception, the shop and the owner all need to see the same diary at once.
Can I move from another system or a spreadsheet?
Yes. Already taking bookings? Upload a spreadsheet and we import your existing bookings and guests for you, so your diary is right from day one. Moving from another booking system works the same way, and there is real human help on hand if you get stuck. See switching to CampSuite.
Does it handle larger sites?
Yes. CampSuite™ is free for up to 100 pitches, with everything you need to run a growing park. Above 100 units, or across several parks, we will tailor a larger-park plan for you, just get in touch.
Ready to ditch the paper diary?
It takes about 15 minutes. It's free for up to 100 pitches, no card needed.
