No monthly fee and no card to sign up. Guests pay a small £1.50 fee when they book online, and you keep the full pitch price. Phone, email, walk-in and gate bookings are never charged.
Prefer guests paid nothing?
"Put it on me" covers the guest fee for £2 + VAT a unit a month, capped at £99 + VAT, up to 100 units. Online bookings then cost your guests nothing at all.
A bit more, if you want it
Optional add-ons on any plan: list on Pitchup and Campsites.co.uk for £10 + VAT a month, or use your own web address for £5 + VAT a month. The WordPress plugin and API are free.

No. You do not need a website at all. CampSuite™ gives you your own booking page with its own link, so you can take online bookings without building a site. Share the link on your Caravan and Motorhome Club listing, by text or on social media. If you do have a website, you can add a booking button or the WordPress plugin to it.
Can guests still phone me to book?
Yes, always. Plenty of CL guests like to ring for a chat first, and there is no fee on a phone booking. You pop it straight into the diary while you are on the call, so the pitch is held and nobody else can grab it. Walk-ins and gate arrivals go in the same way.
Do I need to be good with computers?
No. If you can send a text message, you can run your CL on CampSuite™. It is plain and simple, with big clear buttons, and it works on the phone in your pocket. There is no thick manual and no training day, and a real person in the UK will help if you get stuck.
How do deposits and payments work on a CL?
You choose. Take a deposit to hold the pitch, ask for the full amount up front, or take nothing online and settle in cash on arrival. Card payments run through Stripe and land straight in your bank account. Guests who book online pay a small £1.50 fee, or "Put it on me" covers it for £2 + VAT a unit a month. See payments for more.
Can I close my CL over winter?
Yes. Most CLs shut for part of the year, and CampSuite™ is built for that. Block off the dates you are closed and guests simply cannot book them. Open back up in spring with a couple of taps, and your diary and all your guest details are still there waiting for you.
