Subprocessors
Last updated: 28 August 2026
What this list is
Every third party that can process personal data on CampSuite®'s behalf, what it does, and where. It is published so you can check it before you sign up, and so your own data protection adviser can check it without asking us.
It is compiled from what is actually wired into the product and this website, not from a list of vendors we have accounts with. A supplier we pay for something that never touches personal data is not on it, and every entry below is one we can account for.
Your general authorisation to us to appoint these providers is in clause 9 of the data processing agreement, which is also where the notice and objection process lives.
Current subprocessors
| Provider | What it does | What it can see | Where | Their notice |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Microsoft Azure | Hosting for this website. | Whatever is in a request to the site, including IP addresses in server logs. No guest booking data is held on this website. | United Kingdom | privacy notice |
| Stripe | Card payments, through your own connected Stripe account. | Card details, which go to Stripe and never reach CampSuite; payer name, email and the amount and reference of the payment. | European Union, United Kingdom, United States and India | privacy notice |
| Google Analytics 4 | Website analytics. | Pages viewed, approximate location from IP, device and browser, and an analytics identifier stored in the visitor's browser. | United States and other Google locations | privacy notice |
| Meta (Facebook) pixel | Measuring and targeting CampSuite's own advertising. | That this browser viewed a page on campsuite.net, with the identifiers Meta holds for it. | United States and other Meta locations | privacy notice |
| Crisp | Live chat on this website. | Anything typed into the chat window, plus the email address and name a visitor gives it, and the page they were on. | European Union (Netherlands) | privacy notice |
| Microsoft Bookings | The demo booking calendar embedded on /book-a-demo. | Name, email address and the slot chosen when booking a demo. | United Kingdom and European Economic Area | privacy notice |
| Formspree | Delivering the demo request and integration enquiry forms. | Whatever is typed into those forms, typically a name, email and message. | United States | privacy notice |
| Unsplash | Serving some photographs used on blog articles. | IP address and browser details, as part of requesting the image files. No account or booking data. | United States | privacy notice |
| Google Fonts | Serving the Poppins typeface. | IP address and browser details, as part of requesting the font files. | United States and other Google locations | privacy notice |
Processing outside the UK and the EEA
Several of the providers above process personal data in the United States, and Stripe also uses India. Where a provider processes outside the UK and the EEA we rely on an adequacy decision where one applies to that country, and otherwise on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Clause 14 of the DPA sets that out as a term you can hold us to.
Each location above was taken from the provider's own published privacy material rather than from an assumption about where a company is based, and is re-checked when this page is reviewed.
Two things this list does not cover
Booking channels you connect yourself. Pitchup, Campsites.co.uk, Hipcamp and Airbnb are not our subprocessors. When you connect one, you are its customer and it is a controller in its own right for the guests who come through it. What passes between it and CampSuite is described on that channel's integration page.
Stripe. Stripe is on the list because it processes payment data in the course of the service, but its role is not a straightforward processor one: for card and fraud data Stripe acts as an independent controller, and your park's Stripe account is yours, in your name. Card numbers never reach CampSuite.
Changes
Before adding or replacing a subprocessor we update this page and give notice, as set out in clause 9 of the DPA. If you want to be told directly rather than checking here, email hello@campsuite.net and we will add you to the notification list.
