Give the warden a login, not the keys to the takings
Everybody who helps run the site can have their own login, and you decide what each one sees. The diary for the people in the field, the money for the office.
As many logins as you need
Family, wardens, reception, cleaners, a seasonal hand for August. Logins cost nothing extra, so nobody has to share one.
Roles that hold the line
A warden works the diary, checks guests in and picks up jobs, without ever seeing the takings, the reports or the account settings.
One park, or all of them
With more than one site, a warden sees only their own park. An area manager sees several. You see the lot.
Everyone on, nothing given away
Three steps, and the envelope by the office phone can go in the bin.
Send an invite
Add somebody by email address. They set their own password, so there is nothing written on a sticky note by the kettle.
Choose what they see
Pick what fits the job: the diary and today's arrivals, or the whole account including the money.
Take it back when they go
A seasonal hand finishes in September. Remove their login and it is done, without changing a password that eleven people know.
The shared login nobody wants to talk about
Nearly every small site starts the same way. One login, one password, written on the back of an envelope by the office phone, and everybody uses it. The warden, the cleaner, your daughter when she covers a weekend in July.
It works right up until it doesn't. A booking disappears and there is no telling who moved it. A seasonal hand who left in September can still open the account and read every guest's phone number and every penny you took last year.
Separate logins settle all of that quietly. Everybody gets their own, everybody sees the part of the site they actually need, and when somebody moves on you take one login away instead of changing a password that half the county knows. Everybody is working from the same booking diary, and the jobs each of them picks up live on the same job sheet.
Frequently asked questions
How many staff logins can I have?
As many as you need, at no extra cost, on every plan including the free one.
Can I stop staff seeing what we take?
Yes. A warden or reception login can work the booking diary, check guests in and add jobs without seeing takings, reports or account settings.
Can two people use the diary at the same time?
Yes. Everyone sees the same live diary on their own phone, tablet or computer, and a change one person makes appears for everybody else.
What happens when a seasonal member of staff leaves?
Remove their login and their access goes with it. Nobody else has to change a password, because nobody else was sharing one.
We run more than one park. Can I keep them separate?
Yes. A warden at one park sees only that park's diary. An area manager sees several. Owners see everything, including the takings.
See it working on your own pitches
It takes about 15 minutes. It's free for up to 100 pitches, no card needed.
