Twenty minutes to half an hour, on video or on the phone, whichever suits you better. There is no script and no slide deck, because no two Irish parks are laid out the same way and a generic walkthrough would waste both our afternoons.
You tell us what you have. Twelve hardstandings, a tent field that only opens in July, six glamping pods and a motorhome service point round the back. We put it in while you watch, so what you are looking at is your site in the diary rather than somebody else's.
Nightly rates, weekend rates, the shoulder season, the extra for a second car, the dog. We use the real numbers you charge and you see exactly what a guest would pay. Nothing is converted from another currency at any point, because your prices are set in euro and stay that way.
Bring the awkward questions. Deposits, cancellations, what happens when two families turn up for the same pitch, what happens when the broadband drops on a bank holiday weekend. If something is not there yet, we will tell you it is not there yet.
This is where a site owner spends the day, so it is where we spend most of the call. Pitches down the side, dates across the top, bookings as coloured bars. We will drop a booking in, move it, split a party across two pitches and block off the weeks you are closed. Then you can tell us whether it looks like your season or not.

None of this is compulsory. Turn up with nothing and we will still show you round properly. But if these are in front of you, we can build something that looks like your park instead of a tidy invented one.
Nobody is going to ring you next Tuesday to ask if you have had a think. There is nothing to sign at the end, no quote to chase and no trial clock counting down. The free plan is the full product for up to 100 pitches, so if it suits you, you simply carry on using it. If it does not suit you, say so on the call. We would far rather hear that in half an hour than in six months.
Plenty of people want to see the thing before they let anybody near their diary, and that is entirely reasonable. The live demo lets you walk through a booking the way a guest would, on a pretend park, on your own phone. It takes a couple of minutes and nobody gets your number.
Try the live demo →A demo is useful when you want somebody to think out loud with. It is not a gate you have to get through first. Signing up asks for no card, the wizard walks you through pitches, then rates, then rules, and you can start free and ring us later, when you hit something odd.
The two things people most often want a human for are money and moving. On money, the Irish price list is short enough to read in a minute. Free for up to 100 pitches, with a flat €1.75 on a booking a guest makes online, whatever the length of stay, and nothing at all on the bookings you take yourself by phone, by email or at the gate. If you would rather a guest never saw a fee, you can carry it yourself at €2.75 per unit per month, capped at €137.50 a month, which is 50 units.
How you actually get paid covers the rest of it. Stripe set up as an Irish business, taking euro, paying out to your own Irish IBAN, at Stripe's own card rate with nothing added on top by us. Your park's VAT position is yours and does not change because your bookings moved online.
On moving, that is the switching conversation, and it is the one most worth having with a person. Bringing next season's bookings across from a spreadsheet, a paper diary or another system in the middle of a live year takes a bit of planning, and it is much easier to talk through than to read about.

Half an hour is the standard slot and most calls finish inside it. If you want longer, say so when you book and we will keep the time clear. If all you want is fifteen minutes and a straight answer to one question, that is fine too.
Nothing. We send a link and you click it on the day, in whatever browser you already use. A laptop is easiest because you can see the whole diary at once, but a tablet or a phone works. If the broadband where you are is patchy, and out along the Wild Atlantic Way it often is, we will do it on the phone and send you screenshots after.
Only if you want us to. Building your real pitch types and euro rates as we talk means the setup is already sitting there waiting if you decide to carry on. If you would rather keep it hypothetical, we will use a made-up park instead and you tell us nothing.
None at all. Nothing to sign, no quote to approve, no trial that expires and starts charging you. The free plan covers up to 100 pitches and is the full product, so under that size there is no purchasing decision to make in the first place.
Please do. The person who answers the office phone often asks sharper questions than the owner does, and they are the one who will live in the diary all summer. Staff logins are unlimited on every plan, so there is no reason to leave anybody out.
Yes. Everything on screen is in euro, payouts go through Stripe to an Irish IBAN, and the examples we work through are the ones an Irish operator actually deals with. Ferry traffic from Britain and France, bank holiday weekends, a short shoulder season and the weather. Nothing you see is converted from sterling.
