Holiday park management software for larger Irish parks

Nobody should spend Sunday evening working out which of two systems is right about pitch 14. Sixty pitches or three hundred, one park or four of them across three counties: one diary, one set of numbers, and staff logins that show each person only what they need.

The CampSuite dashboard
Where the cracks show

A big park is not a small park with more pitches

It is a different job. Arrivals overlap. The phone rings while you are walking a motorhome down to a hardstanding. The seasonal customers want their invoices, the pods turn around on a different day to the touring field, and somebody has to know by Friday whether the far paddock is open for the bank holiday. Add a second park an hour up the road and it stops fitting in one person's head.

CampSuite™ is holiday park management software built for that shape of business in Ireland. Touring pitches, hardstandings, seasonal pitches, motorhome bays, pods and shepherd's huts all sit in the same diary, each with its own rates, minimum stays and turnaround rules. Every park you run sits under one account. Every booking, however it arrived, lands in the same place.

It is free for up to 100 pitches, and that is the full product rather than a trial with a clock on it. Above that, or across several parks, we quote on what you actually run, and that part is further down the page. Every other number is on the Irish pricing page. If you are nearer forty pitches, the medium park page will fit you better.

One account, every site

Every park you run, from the same login

Each park keeps its own diary, its own pitches, its own booking page and its own rates. You switch between them from one login, or look at them side by side. The manager in Kerry works the Kerry diary and nothing else. The office sees all of it. Nobody spends Sunday evening reconciling two systems that disagree about pitch 14.

The parts that matter at scale

What a park with a team actually needs

Sixty pitches and up, several parks, or one park with a bit of everything on it.

One diary, every pitch type

Touring, hardstanding, seasonal, motorhome bays, pods and huts. Each with its own pricing, minimum stay and turnaround days.

Reports across the group

Revenue, occupancy and booking trends for one park on its own or every park added together. Export to PDF for the accountant.

Jobs and changeovers

Turnaround lists, cleaning, grass cutting and maintenance as job sheets for the team, with photo proof, so nothing is missed on a busy Friday.

Channel management

Keep Pitchup, Hipcamp and Airbnb in step with your own availability. €12 a month, on any plan.

Payments in euro

Card payments through Stripe, set up as an Irish business, paid out to your own IBAN by SEPA transfer.

An API and a plugin

A documented developer API and the WordPress plugin, both included free, for anyone who wants to build on top.

The diary

The whole park on one screen

Pitches down the side, dates across the top, bookings as coloured bars. Drag through the season and you can see where the gaps are before the shoulder season catches you out. Tap a bar to see who is staying. Tap an empty cell to put a booking in.

Who sees what

Give the team logins without handing over the books

Staff access should not be an all or nothing choice, and one password shared round the whole team is nobody's idea of a system.

A guest booking page showing live availability and a card payment step
Channels and integrations

Keep the channels honest, then build on top if you want to

A booking that comes in through Pitchup, Hipcamp or Airbnb blocks the pitch in your diary straight away, and your own website sees the same availability a second later. That matters most on the weekends that hurt, the June bank holiday and the weeks when the ferries are full, because two families arriving for one hardstanding is not a small problem. If your park is listed with Failte Ireland or on a county tourism site, those listings send people to your own website, and a booking taken there carries no channel commission. Channel management is €12 a month. If you already run your own systems, the API and the WordPress plugin are included, so your developer can read the documentation before you ever speak to us.

The booking fee

Who pays the fee is your call

On the free plan a guest pays a flat €1.75 when they book online. One night or two weeks, one pitch or four, it is the same €1.75.

Booking confirmation

Pitch, one night, example€35.00
Booking feeSecured by CampSuite€1.75
Guest pays€36.75

One flat fee, and only on online bookings

That €1.75 is our charge to the guest, not to you. It never passes through your account and it never comes out of your pitch price. It is never charged on the bookings you take yourself either, by phone, by email, on a walk in or at the gate.

If you would rather your guests never saw a fee at all, Put it on me is €2.75 per unit per month, capped at €137.50 a month. The cap is 50 units, so a park of 100 pitches pays no more than one of 50. You cover it, and the guest sees your price and nothing else. Card processing is Stripe's own rate, paid to Stripe. We add nothing on top of it.

You set your rates in euro, and that is exactly what your guest pays

Type €35 and the guest is charged €35. Nothing is converted from another currency on the way through, and no exchange rate quietly moves between the price on your website and the money in your account. Stripe takes the payment as an Irish business and pays out to your IBAN.

Above 100 pitches

The honest version of what a larger park costs

Up to 100 pitches the answer is simple. CampSuite is €0 a month, the whole product, with the website builder, the site map designer, the WordPress plugin, the developer API and unlimited staff logins included. Guests cover the booking fee on online bookings, or you cover it with Put it on me.

Over 100 pitches, or across several parks, it is priced on application, and we are not going to dress that up. There is no table to point you at, because a group with one park on the Wild Atlantic Way and another in Ireland's Ancient East, four hundred units between touring, seasonal and glamping, is a genuinely different job to one large site, and a number invented on a web page would be wrong for one of you. So we quote on what you run. Call +44 1228 581035, which is not an Irish number but dials straight from an Irish phone, or email hello@campsuite.net and we will talk it through properly.

A tailored plan comes with hands-on setup, help getting your existing bookings and guests across from whatever you use now, and a person who knows your parks rather than a ticket queue. The add-ons cost the same whatever size you are: channel management at €12 a month, your own web address at €6 a month. If moving mid season is the thing worrying you, read how switching works first, and there is more on getting paid in euro if that is the sticking point. Or just book a demo and make us show you.

Questions bigger parks ask us

Yes. Several parks sit under a single CampSuite account, each with its own diary, pitches, rates and booking page. You switch between them from one login or view them together. A group of parks runs on a tailored plan built around the sites you actually have.

It moves to a tailored larger park plan, priced on application. We would rather quote on your real setup than publish a number that suits nobody. Get in touch with the number of pitches, units and parks you run and we will come back with a price and what is included.

Yes, and it is usually the first thing an owner asks. A warden or reception login works the diary, takes bookings, checks people in and adds jobs, with no access to takings, reports or settings. Owners and managers see the full picture across every park.

Yes. You can look at revenue, bookings and occupancy for one park on its own, or every park combined, and compare them against each other. Export to PDF for your accountant or your co-owners. It is how you find out which site and which pitch type is genuinely earning its keep through the shoulder season.

Through Stripe. Your account is set up as an Irish business, takes payment in euro and pays out to an Irish IBAN. Card processing is charged at Stripe's own rate and paid to Stripe. Your own VAT position is your business and does not change because of the software you use.

Probably, yes. There is a documented developer API included free on every plan, along with the WordPress plugin if your site runs on WordPress. Point your developer at the API documentation and let them judge for themselves before you commit to anything.
