A field with six pitches, or a few hardstandings behind the house, run by one or two people who also do everything else. At that size one lost booking is a real slice of the week, so the whole lot lives in one diary you can open from the phone in your pocket. Free for up to 100 pitches.

A small park is not a small job. Same phone calls, same weather, same bank holiday Saturday when half of Dublin arrives between four and seven. There are just fewer pitches to absorb a mistake. Lose one booking off a field of twelve and you have lost a real slice of the week.
Plenty of park software is priced and built for somewhere with two hundred units and a reception desk. An onboarding project, a training day, and a monthly invoice that only makes sense at scale. Against that, a hardback diary, a mobile and a good memory for who said what is a perfectly rational choice. It works. Right up until the morning it does not.
CampSuite™ sits in the gap. Booking software for small campsites in Ireland that costs nothing at your size, takes an afternoon to set up, and never makes you change the way you already take bookings. Have a look at what it costs, or open the live demo and click around before you sign up for anything.
Not a hundred features you will never open. The handful that stop the small stuff turning into a bad afternoon.
Phone bookings, emails, the ones from a listing site and the family who pulled in at the gate. All the same place, all one screen.
Book a pitch and it is gone. Nobody can take it twice, not online and not by accident on a Friday night when you are tired.
Ask for a deposit or the full amount at the moment of booking, by card, in euro. People who have paid something tend to turn up.
The guest gets their dates, your directions and your gate code straight away. You stop typing the same text message forty times a season.
Grass pitches, hardstandings, hookups, a motorhome bay and a shepherd's hut all live in the same diary, each priced its own way.
Who is arriving, who is on site, who is away this morning. One screen, before the kettle has boiled.
CampSuite is free for up to 100 pitches, and that is the full product, not a limited version and not a trial with a date on it. A park of eight pitches or eighteen never sees a monthly bill from us.

You are strimming, emptying bins, or showing a French motorhome where the service point is. The office, if there is one, is a corner of the kitchen table. So the diary lives on your phone instead. Check tonight's arrivals from the top gate. Add the couple standing in front of you who want two more nights. Take their card there and then. No walking back to the house, no laptop, no waiting until the evening to write it down and then forgetting.
See how the diary works →None of this is an upsell later. It is on the free plan from the first afternoon.
There is no monthly cost at your size, so this is the whole of it. When somebody books through your online booking page, CampSuite adds €1.75 to their total. One flat fee for the booking, whether that is one night in a small tent or a fortnight for a family with a caravan and two awnings.
Booking confirmation
The fee is ours and it is charged to the guest. It never touches your takings and it never comes out of your payout. Bookings you take yourself, over the phone, by email, by message, at the gate or from somebody who simply drove in, are never charged a cent.
If you would rather your guests never saw a fee at all, the Put it on me plan moves it onto you at €2.75 per unit per month, capped at €137.50 a month, which is 50 units. Whichever way you go, your own VAT position is yours and is unchanged.
No onboarding project, nothing to install, no sales call to sit through. Small parks are usually the quickest of the lot, because there is less to type in.
A few minutes and no card details. You are in, with an empty diary waiting and a setup wizard asking sensible questions.
Name them the way you already name them. Grass, hardstanding, hookup or not, the pod at the end of the row. Then set your rates in euro, which is exactly what your guests are charged. Nothing is converted from another currency.
Type in the handful of bookings you have already taken, or send us a spreadsheet and we will help you import it. Your diary is right from day one.

Plenty of small parks want a tidier diary first and nothing more. That is a perfectly good reason to start. Keep answering the phone, keep taking cash at the gate, keep saying yes to the regulars who ring every May, and let it all land in one place instead of three. When you are ready, and that might be next March rather than next week, switch the booking page on and let a family off the ferry book the shoulder season while you are asleep. Nothing you have already put in has to change.
How online booking works →The first is what free actually means, which is a fair question, because plenty of software calls itself free and then finds you the moment it matters. We have set it out plainly, including where our money does come from, on what free really means.
The second is the money itself. Card payments run through Stripe on your own account, set up as an Irish business, taking euro and paying out to your Irish IBAN. Card processing is Stripe's own rate, paid to Stripe, and we add nothing on top. The payments page walks through it end to end. If you are coming off another system, or off paper, moving across is something we do with you rather than something we hand you a guide about.
Yes. The free plan runs to 100 pitches, so a park with five pitches or twenty has no monthly fee at all. It is the full product, not a limited version. The only charge is the €1.75 a guest pays when they book online, and you can cover that yourself with Put it on me if you would rather they never saw it.
Euro. You type your nightly rate in euro, the guest is charged in euro, and Stripe pays out to your Irish IBAN in euro. Nothing is converted from another currency at any point. The number you set is the number that arrives.
Yes, and most small parks do at first. Phone, email, a message on Facebook, or somebody standing at the gate: you add them to the diary yourself in a few taps. Bookings you take yourself are never charged a booking fee.
You choose. Ask for a set deposit, a percentage or the full amount when someone books online, taken by card through Stripe and paid into your own account. It cuts no-shows on bank holiday weekends and saves you the awkward phone call the week before.
That mix is normal and the diary expects it. Touring pitches, hardstandings and a motorhome bay sit alongside glamping pods, a shepherd's hut or a bell tent, each priced its own way, all on the one screen. You do not need a second system for the glamping side.
Nothing, for a good while. The free plan runs all the way to 100 pitches, which is far beyond most small parks. Add-ons are there if you want them, channel management at €12 a month and a custom domain at €6 a month. Above 100 pitches, or across several parks, we work out a price with you.
Free for up to 100 pitches, priced in euro, no card needed to start. If you would rather talk it through with somebody first, ring +44 1228 581035 or email hello@campsuite.net.
