Talk to the people who actually built it

Sizing up a booking system for next season, halfway through setting one up and stuck, or just looking for the catch in the free plan. Whichever it is, there is a person on the other end. No call centre, no ticket queue.

Three ways to contact CampSuite™ in Ireland

Pick whichever suits you. They all land with the same small team, and none of them puts you in a queue.

Ring us

+44 1228 581035. That number sits outside Ireland, and we would rather say so than dress it up. Saved in international format it dials from an Irish mobile or landline like any other number, and a person answers it.

Email us

hello@campsuite.net comes straight to us, not into a form that vanishes into a system. Say as much or as little as you like. A line about your park is usually enough to get a proper answer back.

Book a demo

If you would rather be shown than told, pick a time on the demo page. Your park, your pitch types, your questions, on screen. Nothing to install and nothing to sign first.

Straight answers

About that phone number, and when you will hear back

The number is not an Irish one. We could have put up a local prefix, but a local prefix that forwards somewhere else helps nobody. Saved with the +44 on the front it rings through from Ireland like any other number, and you get the same people you would get on email.

Email is the one we are quickest on. Expect a reply the same day, usually within the hour while the working day is on. Write at eleven at night in the middle of a bank holiday weekend and it will be waiting for us in the morning, which is fair enough, because you were probably still sorting out late arrivals at eleven at night yourself.

A fair bit of what lands in the inbox is already answered on this site. If the question is money, the Irish pricing page lays it out in euro, with nothing converted from sterling and no exchange rate sitting between you and your own rates. If it is getting paid, payments covers Stripe, deposits and payouts to an Irish IBAN. If you are on another system and dreading the move, switching was written for exactly that. None of it stops you asking us directly.

And if you would rather prod the thing than read about it, make a pretend booking on the demo site and see what a guest sees on their phone. Two minutes, no sign up, no card.

What we can help with

The things people write in about

All fair questions, and all of them fine to ask before you commit to anything.

A question before you sign up

Seasonal pitches, hardstandings, a motorhome service point, a field of pods. Ask whether it handles yours. We will tell you if it does not.

A demo

Your park, your pitch types, your questions. Nothing to install and nothing to sign first.

Moving from another system

Tell us what you are on now and how many forward bookings you are holding. We will be straight about the work involved.

Something has gone wrong

A payment that has not landed, a booking that looks odd, an email that never sent. Tell us what you expected and what happened instead.

Pricing and the free plan

What the €1.75 guest booking fee covers, and why it never touches a booking you take yourself by phone or at the gate.

Your website

WordPress, a builder site, or nothing yet. We will tell you how online bookings slot into what you already have.

Before you write

Tell us this and the first reply will be a useful one

None of it is compulsory. It just saves a round of questions coming back at you.

Common questions before you get in touch

Not on this page. The number here sits outside Ireland and dials perfectly well from an Irish mobile or landline in international format. We would rather tell you that plainly than put up a local prefix that forwards abroad anyway. Email reaches exactly the same people, and it is usually faster.

No. A lot of the conversations we have are with people still deciding, and some with people deciding whether to bother at all. Ask whatever you like. If CampSuite is the wrong fit for what you run, we would rather tell you early than sell you something.

The same day, and usually within the hour while the working day is on. Evenings and weekends in the thick of the season we are often still about, though we would not put that in writing as a promise.

Yes. You set your rates in euro and that is the only currency in the picture. Nothing is converted from sterling, so there is no exchange rate sitting between you and your own prices. Your Stripe account is set up as an Irish business, takes euro and pays out to an Irish IBAN.

Yes, and it is one of the most common things we get asked. Tell us what you are using, how many forward bookings you are holding and when your season opens. We will be straight about what moves across cleanly and what has to be typed in by hand.

No. CampSuite was built by Rob Heeley, a motorhomer who kept meeting site owners buried in paperwork, and the people who answer are the people who build and run it. That means you sometimes get a blunt answer. It also means you get the right one.

Or skip the conversation entirely

You do not have to talk to anyone first. The free plan is the whole product, free for up to 100 pitches, and everything is priced in euro. Start it, have a poke about, and ring us when you hit something you want a hand with.
