One place for the bookings, the arrivals, the money owed and the jobs that keep the place tidy, instead of a diary in the office, a spreadsheet on the laptop and two inboxes. Here is all of it, grouped the way a working park is actually run.

A season here is never a flat line. Ferry traffic and bank holiday weekends fill the place, then the shoulder season goes quiet and you are working for every last pitch. CampSuite™ handles all of it in one place, from the enquiry that lands at eleven at night to the euro arriving in your bank. Switch on the parts you want, leave the rest alone, and turn more on when a busy August makes you wish you had.
Open the app with your first coffee. This is the half of CampSuite you will live in.
Every booking in one diary, whether it came in online, over the phone, by email or from somebody knocking on the office window.
Today's arrivals, who is already on site and who is leaving. Tick people in from a phone at the barrier instead of a clipboard indoors.
Confirmations, gate codes and directions that make sense to somebody who has just driven off the ferry in the dark. Written once, sent automatically.
Card payments through Stripe, plus cash and bank transfers recorded by hand, so a booking always shows what has really been paid.
Touring pitches, hardstandings, seasonals, tent fields and motorhome service points, each with its own size, hookup and rules.
Pods, cabins, shepherd's huts and bell tents, with their own rates and changeovers, in the same diary as the touring pitches.
Pitches down the side, dates across the top, bookings as coloured bars. Tap a bar to see who is staying and what they still owe. Tap an empty square to start a booking, which is how most phone bookings get taken while the guest is still on the line.

A normal fortnight in the diary, touring pitches and accommodation in the same view.
Less glamorous. This is the half that stops the paperwork piling up on the kitchen table.
Branded invoices and receipts straight off the booking, carrying your park's own details and your own VAT settings, which stay yours to set.
Revenue, occupancy and bookings for any dates you choose. Look at the shoulder season properly before you set next year's rates.
The cleaning round, the grass, the leaking tap. Assign a job, add a checklist, and staff tick it off with a photo.
Draw your own park map, pitch by pitch, so a guest can see exactly where they are staying before they arrive.
Build a bookable site with the free builder, or drop live availability into the WordPress site you already have.
Keep your availability in step with the channels you list on, so a channel booking and a direct booking cannot land on the same pitch.
A diary on the office desk, a spreadsheet for the season, a card machine on the shelf and a group chat for the staff. Everything on this page is one login, one diary and one set of numbers instead, so nothing has to be exported from one place and retyped into another. That is where park paperwork usually goes wrong, normally on the busiest weekend of the year.

You set your rates in euro and your guests are charged in euro. Stripe pays out to your Irish IBAN by SEPA, with the account set up as an Irish business. Nothing is priced in another currency and quietly converted on the way, so the number you type into a rate is the number that lands. Card processing is Stripe's own rate, paid to Stripe, and CampSuite adds nothing on top. Your park's VAT position is unchanged and stays yours.
How getting paid works →
The website builder, the site map designer and the WordPress plugin are free on every plan, and all three read the same live availability. A guest picks dates, picks a pitch, pays, and it is in your diary before they have put the kettle on. CampSuite was built by Rob Heeley, a motorhomer, which is why the guest side of a booking gets as much thought as the office side. If you are listed with Failte Ireland or on the big camping channels, grand, keep the listings. The direct bookings are still the ones worth having.
See how online booking works →Unlimited staff logins on every plan, including the free one. Nobody gets priced out of giving the lad on the gate his own account, and you are not passing one password round the office at the start of the season.
There is a page on each of these if you want the detail: check in and out, guest comms, parks and pitches, accommodation, reports and insights, tasks and job sheets, the site map designer, the channel manager and the WordPress plugin.
CampSuite also talks to the other software you might already run. Have a look at the integrations for access control, energy metering and accounting, or at the developer API if you or your web person fancy building something of your own on top of it.
A glamping site will lean hard on accommodation, rates and changeovers and barely touch the touring side. A park on the Wild Atlantic Way with sixty touring pitches will live in the diary and the reports. Same software either way. If you are already on another system, moving across is free and guided, and what the whole thing costs is set out on the Irish pricing page.
These are in the box whether you are paying us or not. Not a trial, and they do not switch off.
CampSuite is €0 a month for up to 100 pitches. That is the full product, everything on this page, not a trial with a clock on it.
Booking confirmation
When somebody books online, a flat €1.75 is added to their booking. One booking, one fee, however many nights, pitches or people are on it. You keep the full pitch price.
Bookings you take yourself, by phone, by email, at the gate or from a walk-in, are never charged a fee at all. If you would rather no guest ever saw a fee, the "Put it on me" plan is €2.75 per unit per month, capped at €137.50 a month, which is 50 units, and you cover it instead.
Yes, all of it. The diary, check in, taking a booking, chasing a payment and the job sheets are built for a phone first, because that is where a park is genuinely run. Nothing needs installing on a computer in the office, and there is a full screen version for the days you are sat down.
No. CampSuite works perfectly well as a diary and nothing else, with bookings taken over the phone and cash taken on arrival. Every feature on this page still works that way. Online booking is a switch you flip when you are ready, and there is never a fee on a booking you take yourself.
Two add-ons, and that is the whole list. Channel management is €12 a month and a custom domain is €6 a month. Everything else described here is in the plan, and card processing is Stripe's own rate paid directly to Stripe.
Then it is tailored and we quote you properly. Larger parks and groups run the same software with the same features, the price is just worked out with you rather than read off a list. Ring +44 1228 581035 or email hello@campsuite.net and we will talk it through.
Yes, and euro is the only currency involved anywhere. You type a rate in euro, the guest is charged that exact rate in euro, and Stripe pays out euro to your Irish bank account. Nothing is converted from sterling or anything else at any point in the chain.
Pitches, rates and a working diary is one sitting, not a project. Building the website, drawing the map and writing every automatic message takes longer, but that is a job for a wet week in February. None of it has to be finished before you take your first booking.
Put your pitches in, add a few bookings and see how it feels on a Saturday morning. Free for up to 100 pitches, no card needed, and a real person on the end of the phone if you get stuck.
